A general tip is also just map knowledge. Learning how to play a map can make up other shortcomings of your tanks and help you in your playstyle. A good example is already displayed at 1:28, with the chosen flanking spots. Without map knowledge, it is tempting to flank through the 2/3 and 10 column, however that's the exact spots where fierce battles can happen, with flankers not being able to flank through there.
The Fox (british light vehicule) and the XM800T as well as the Object 906 and Object 685 are some of the best rat tier flanking vehicules in the game, and the Fox battles with the XM800T for the title of the most annoying flanking vehicules in every matches at their BR. also i'd add for the brawling section, the best tanks for this are the tank with a very good frontal armor with tiny weak spots (like MG ports) or beasts like the T34 or the Maus (angle the Maus turret and they can't even pen you frontally), otherwise you can also take a tank with a good reverse speed to get back into cover quickly. also there's techinically a fifth type of tank, the ones like the Marder or AGS that have the crew in the hull and nothing in the turret, these tanks can frontally engage every tank as long as you hide your hull behind cover (a hill or something), because they have a good depression for that. and the IT-1 is also a special case because you can fire and guide the missile without showing any parts of your turret, rendering you invincible against the enemy, it's probably the best hull down tank in the game. special mention to the ASU-57, that you can cover in bushes, hide in a forest, turn off the engine and most players won't even see you if they pass near you.
I would like to point out that smoke shells are the most underutilized aspect of the game, even going into the modern era of vehicles. German mains give improper smoke a bad rep already, but mountains shift when you send a battery’s worth of smoke shells into Poland’s lake ridges and get map control because the enemy team can’t see any of your team.
I really love this video and really take these into consideration when using a new tank, I think a part 2 would be nice to smoothen things out and give more tips and tricks
Excellent video dude, could u pls do a sniping guide? Like how to use cover, get to positions, not getting flanked and hull down trick. U would be a god for it. Thanks!
To new players: “just track, barrel, then flank them lol” is pretty hard and luck dependent in practice. It’s hoping that you can shoot their barrel and track then going all the way to their side without them repairing or their teammate coming to their aid And don’t go for cap zones, it’s just setting you up to get sniped(due to 99.9% of the zones have zero cover) and it’s a bomb magnet
these are all inferior playstyles, the one true playstyle is taking a chaffee and loading with only smoke shells
One of my friends does this and it works concerningly well
Giving the sentence smoke 'em a whole new meaning

Any chance of doing a video like this that focuses of high teir?

I think new and inexperienced players may find this pretty useful, even some of the more experienced players may find something good here.

Hey man, This video is amazing.
1:20 going right through the middle of enemy sight lines is pretty ballsy😂
It works surprisingly well lol
I love my sturer emil and nashorn
I hate CAS and Yak-9K
good stuff as usual!
Good stuff.....thanks....
Good points!
Could you uptade the air nation and ground nation guide pls?
The video is awsome.
after the basic of nations and mechanics of ammo and crew... maybe after this comes maps for the each role...?
Map guides are in my to-do list
Best strategy is: Ratting or Doing the Funny.
M22, Fox, XM800T are great exemples
brawling i like the jumbo for it and t34/t29 jumbo more cuse fighting tiger 1 is fun
skdoger try to drop a bad video challenge (impossible)
Good vid
You haven't seen it.
i feel like we missed one but i can’t tell what. Might just be that 8.0-9.0 changes the playstyle brackets entirely
For smaller map eye ball it between 1km to 600 meters works lol. For larger map i nees range finder for that 😅.
Cool, now I only need a turtorial on how to use my eyes.
@@InfestationPony Lmao
Bro,i literally always flank with my jadgtiger. And it does work!,dont ask me how.But it works
Just a question: is M22 good for flanking? What about Abrams?
M22 is great for flanking, Abrams as well if you play carefully
Thanks!
The true true play style is grabbing your favorite rat, charging into the spawn, and killing one random Chaffee before getting annihilated.
Light Tank: Flanker
Tank Destroyer: Sniper
Heavy Tank: Brawler
Medium Tank: Supporter
Can u do maps tips tricks top tier and WW2

My usual playstyle in almost any tank
Step 1: f it and ball
Step 2:???
Step 3: profit
when will you start post gameplays??
I don't do gameplay videos
I would amend the sniper and argue that mobility is more important than armour because as a sniper you don’t want to be seen in the first place

how do i put those yellow marks on the battlefield?
