Best work so far! That iteration of Gollum looks so, so good. And having the Hobbits with slightly pointed ears is a direct callout to the books. Well done!
Wait you mean you don't like the racial diverse and very unfortunate looking Elves in RoP?! Or the goofy as hell hobbits? This looks a million times better.
These videos are amazing. It is probably just my personal nostalgia of when I grew up, but to me this era will always represent the best that fantasy could ever look on film. Movies like Legend, Willow, Neverending Story, and even the low-budget cheesier ones actually look like a Frank Frazetta painting come to life. It's difficult to describe the sense of awe that is evoked looking at these kind of visuals, and is one of the few things left that can take me back to a sense of childhood wonder. Here's hoping enthusiasts can create feature length stuff in this style someday. Today's fantasy shows and films are just too clean looking to me, and it makes them feel less like an adventure streamed from another dimension and time. Also the synth music and sound here is just as important.
Yeah, the movie will be great but then one really weird thing will happen: the ai will mix sauron and tom together into a single character... something like that
Yes, Ramble On, Over the Hill and Far Away, Misty Mountain Hop, The Battle of Evermore- all reference Tolkien's works. Mordor, Gollum, the Misty Mountains, the Dark Lord, the Ringwraiths...and so on. And in 1968, the Beatles tried to make a version of LOTR- with Paul as Frodo, John as Gollum, George as Gandalf, and Ringo on drums- I mean, as Samwise...

You know what’s crazy, every shot of every trailer you make I know exactly what it’s meant to be. The style is completely different to the source but it’s still so recognisable
The eye of Sauron and Sauron are closer to Tolken's vision than Peter Jackson's movies. By that, I mean that the eye looks exactly like the eye on the books and Sauron looks like the Sauron Tolken painted. Also, Galadriel is actually beautiful (as she's supposed to be) in your video, unlike in the movies
Love these electronic music! Definitely 80s feel. And these elves are breathtakingly beautiful. That's how elves should look in the movies! Amazon should learn to cast more beautiful elves!
It actually scares me if a computer can just generate something this amazing cause you asked it to. I'm excited for a film that will never happen. Arwen is supposed to be the most gorgeous thing ever and they even got that perfect
Thanks! The Background🎶 is giving THX opening😏 A Coraline,Paranorman,Rango, nightmare before Christmas or Iron Giant in a Rankin& Bass/Thunderbirds style would be splendid
@@abandonedfilmsCan you show Tolkien's orcs as Mongol warriors? The professor himself wanted this. In his novel, the orcs are essentially Genghisids in a medieval fantasy setting. Please, at least one video. Everyone has already forgotten that Tolkien's orcs were not ugly mutants, but just people of eastern origin.
As film fans here already know, Giorgio Moroder was able to fit this score in between American Gigolo and Scarface. And yet still snubbed by the Academy. Come on Oscars! Did John Williams REALLY need another statue that year? Giorgio Moroder should'a won.

YES
I actually thought it didn't fit at all and sorta ruined the mood. There were plenty of fantasy films in the 80s and they didn't use synth music.
@@MrFreeGman 100% agreed. People think about the 80s and immediately bump cheesy mainstream synthwave... The 80s was much more than that, people...

Holy mother of Gods, I would pay in gold to watch a feature length movie that looks like this, also , this take is awesome.
Tranquilo, que con el avance de la IA pronto veremos nuevamente ESDLA así, sin necesidad de actores reales.

I'd definitely watch this. Those elves, that Gollum, wow.

Some of the visuals in this outdo anything I’ve seen in the calendar artwork or films. That Shelob was terrifying, and the elves look elvish.

Ah the Thirst Trap Elves. Tolkien spoke little of them.
It’s only natural that they would be extremely attractive to humans, just as humans are more attractive than hobbits, or dwarves. On average, that is
