How do i keep missing all the good close to me boats. All i find ( are NOT this nice ) on the ocean, cost hundreds of thousands or million. Plus need the same amount in work, due to storm damage . This is a home, a office, a carry out on the water restaurant, a play yard for adults and alot MORE! To the new owner, Enjoy life and this beauty- 💦🧜🧞💧🌞
