@Ottophil just was giving a little bit of humor here. I own about 35 guitars, and I'm not poor , i got two Gibson and one Epiphone, and two of them had a broken headstock. They just have a bad headstock angle . I got pretty much every brand of guitars here, and only the Gibson product failed. But yes, other brands can break too for sure and are all , but those Gibson are the ones that are very sensitive and overpriced. But i still love them a lot

With Ibanez, I can almost guarantee you that it was a double locking Trem and it had the rear mounted nut withe the screw holes through the neck. Bad design choices on both ends. Ibanez has since corrected theirs.

I think Page signed each one as well as played them and included the pick he used. Not sure even then I'd pay $50k for it though. I really like my Fender Micro. Has a bunch of effects and amp combos but being able to change settings via phone would be pretty sweet.
Funny enough, my parents bought their house in 1969 - same year as Page's doubleneck was made - and that entire mortgage was 18000 Dutch guilders, or about €8000. At the price it sold just a few years ago, I could afford one of these reissues + a third neck 🤣🤣 Thanks but no thanks, Gibson. I'd rather play authentic, and that's exactly what my Aria Pro-II ST-1512 doubleneck is. Through-neck construction too, not just glued-in 👍🤣🤣🤣

I noticed they re-issued the '84 explorer for $2,500. Even that is more than Id be willing to dish out for a guitar, my original '84 explorer was $150 used

Don't get me wrong dude, I love my V1.6 Cannibalismo, and it's of much better quality than comparably priced competitor guitars, but I'm anticipating an announcement directed toward your high-end Made in Europe consumer base. I almost bought one of the XF6FRFSB models but I can't do a 24.75" scale and 22 frets. Would you please just tell us whether or not you are at least exploring potential long-term manufacturers of a top-tier high-end base of Made in Europe models? I'm not asking who, or when, or what, but more specifically whether I'm waiting on a day that will never come, or if over the last decade I know you well enough to know you're doing exactly what I assume/hope and working toward bringing a Solar equivalent of competitor top-tier models such as the ESP Original Series and Ibanez J-Custom to the market.
The EDS-1275 is currently msrp'd at $7,999 from Gibson, I couldn't justify an additional $42,000 just because Jimmy scribbled a sloppy signature on it. There is no guitar that has the building quality of what could be worth 50k. It is all just because of the name attached to it, sad as fuck. No one with sanity would pay 50k for a SG. I mean you could get several Caparisons, several Ibanez Universe series, several custom guitar builds instead which in the end is BETTER guitars in terms of build quality and feel. On top of that you could even include top tier amp setup and good home recording equipment. Gibson has lost it.

A walkthrough of how to dial in the "Chug" tone would be nice. All I get is a distorted flubby bassy muted rythm tone. Idk how much is in the pickups or noise gate settings.
Ok, there's another technique called a false harmonic, where you reach over to the fretboard with your picking hand, touch the string at whatever fret you want to ring with your index finger, and flick the string in front of it with the thumb of the same hand. Its kinda hard to describe it instead of show it.

Id say $50k is a pretty good down payment. The average is around $15k-$20k in the U.S.

Ok, there's another technique called a false harmonic, where you reach over to the fretboard with your picking hand, touch the string at whatever fret you want to ring with your index finger, and flick the string in front of it with the thumb of the same hand. Its kinda hard to describe it instead of show it.
Mate Feed Kill Repeat has some of the most gut wrenching and raw Slipknot tracks ever recorded, but about half of it sucks lol.
