Bro got beat up so much that his build from hit and run became tank lmao He is probably as strong as Base Level 5 Ais from season 1 before she became Level 6, because of all the excess stacking he got from level ups but yeah his opponent this time is the strongest sooo it doesnt matter

So the Rating Grade seams to reach its highest with SSS, but his stats climbs anyway. Except of Bell we only know of one Person, who ever had one stat over the 999S hard cap and it was Alfia's LV.7 Magic stat, of 1001SS so you can even say its genetically.
