Among other things we are about to see the end of the 3rd privately owned central bank ie The Federal Reserve and by default its global footprint. A point you might ponder whilst surfing : If/ when Russia directly attacks USA with a missile strike in response to our multiple attacks on both Russian civilians and infrastructure what effect would that have on US markets ? Worldwide markets? For perspective read : A History of Central Banking by Stephen Mitford Goodson.

Nothing against apple but it's deemed risk free and you can buy at the money puts out to 3 yr forward in a very deep liquid market. Not a bad Armageddon trade if they ever could reopen markets for your paycheck. You'd need to think of selling shorter term puts or calls however to mitigate even against the cost of the longer term puts. Options are always priced too high

Even when it doesnt affect the real economy (inflation), it does affect the finance economy (asset inflation). Sure it has been reduced from 9tn at peak to 7tn but not even halfway back to 4tn pre Covid. That Fed BS does nothing to support the sharp rise in supply of Govt bonds (tn usd peacetime deficits if not 2tn). Although must admit I am surprised by usd strength these last few years despite all this monetary stimulus!
