I subscribe today because I found reviews about that debate. 12/6/24 Bonus.. a few months ago, I came to the "understanding" .. maybe imagination.. i don't know.. about the collapse of time with Moses and Elijah.. and that it is all one event for Jesus, seperarate historical human time and event for Moses and Elijah. This dude is the first guy to have said what I have come to understand. I told my parents and siblings about it.. but they laught it off.
The Revelations in Isaiah are not about the Jesus. I guess Mark is wrong. 53:1- He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. Like one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Sure sounds just like jesus, you all need psychological help.
This is the kind of stuff I want I want to hear in a Sunday sermon! So cool thank you for this video! Huff and Winger have shown me so much on how the New Testament is so linked to the Old Testament I love that. It’s made me go on a search for a church that teaches like them
The best hope is to get one’s respective church to base special Bible studies off of Wes’s videos Guess that begins by asking pastors and elders to check Wes out
Those who say, Truly the Messiah, son of Mary, is God himself have covered up the Truth. Their eternal refuge is the fire. And if God had willed it, he could have destroyed Jesus and Mary both. Surely he is above all they ascribe to him
@@marioluigi9599Read for yourself . Of Jesus I sitting at the right hand of God how can he be God ? You are leading your own self astray. “Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.” Romans 8:34 KJV “These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: as thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.” John 17:1-8 KJV Jesus is the son of God . Verses we can clearly tell that Jesus is not God nor son of God, but only a servant and prophet of God Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. Deuteronomy 6:4 Jesus replied, “The most important commandment is this: ‘Listen, O Israel! The Lord our God is the one and only Lord Mark 12:29 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus Timothy 2.5 My Father is greater than I (John 14:28) My father is greater than all (John 10:29) No man has SEEN God at ANY TIME ' - 1 John 4:12 God is not a man nor a son of man’ (Numbers 23: 19) The Bible often calls Jesus ‘a son of man’ or ‘the son of man.’ Matthew 4:1 says Jesus was tempted and James 1:13 says God cannot be tempted I can do nothing by Myself; I judge only as I hear. And My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. (John 5:30) I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one-as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me. John 17 :21 Jesus said to her, "Do not hold me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brethren and say to them, I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God." John 20:17 " Going a little farther, He fell facedown and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me. Yet not as I will, but as You will.” (Matthew 26:39) And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? Matthew 27: 46 For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken. I know that his command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say (John 12: 49-50) The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus. You handed him over to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, though he had decided to let him go. Acts 3:13 Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. (John 17 :3) the man Christ Jesus’ (Tim. 2:5) When you pray, say Our Father which art in heaven.’ (Luke 11:2) But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Mark 13:32 The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. 13 Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs. (Mark 11:12-13) he continued all night in prayer to God.’ (Luke 6:12) Just as the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve’ (Matthew 20:28) I live because of the Father.’ (John 6:57) All power is given unto me.’ (Matt 28: 18) Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone. Mark 10:18 I ascend to my Father and your Father, and my God and your God.’ (John 20:17) But will God really dwell on earth with humans? The heavens, even the highest heavens, cannot contain you. How much less this temple I have built! 2 Chronicles 6: 18 I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. (Matthew 15:24) So Jesus answered them, “My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me. If anyone’s will is to do God’s will, he will know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own authority. The one who speaks on his own authority seeks his own glory; but the one who seeks the glory of him who sent him is true, and in him there is no falsehood. (John 7:16-18) Also there are others and prophets called son of God in the Bible and yet Christians don't acknowledge them to be son of God. So do not think Jesus is son of God just because of what is said in the Bible. The Bible has many contradictions and mistakes in the Bible do not put your salvation on it. Jesus never said he was the son of God and he is not.
Verses that call many others son of God Moses is instructed to say to Pharaoh "Thus saithe the LORD, Israel is my son, my firstborn. (Exodus 4: 22) He said to me, ‘Your son Solomon is the one who shall build My house and My courts; for I have chosen him to be a son to Me, and I will be a father to him. Chronicles 28: 6 Kenan was the son of Enoch. Enoch was the son of Seth. Seth was the son of Adam. Adam was the son of God. Luke 3: 38 He is the one who will build a house for my Name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever. 14 I will be his father, and he will be my son. 2 Samuel 7: 13 Jesus never said he was God period. He is a slave of God just like us. The bible has been altered over the many century's Jesus spoke Aramaic the bible is not in Aramaic. Verses below show Jesus referring himself as prophet And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own town and in his own home. Matthew 13:57 In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day-for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem! Luke 13:33 Now Jesus himself had pointed out that a prophet has no honor in his own country John 4:44. By all these verses we can easily tell that Jesus is not God nor the son of God but a servant and prophet of God It is indeed very clear,
“No ambiguity about it” then why do the apostles of Jesus refuse to say “Jesus is God” when it would be very easy to say? Read Ephesians. Always “the God & Father OF our Lord Jesus Christ.” Jesus Himself says “I go to MY God & YOUR God. To MY Father & YOUR Father.” Yes, there is no doubt that God was doing all of His works through Jesus. God was with Him. Emanuel means “God with us” but HOW is God with us? Through the Son. Not because Jesus IS God but because He is the SON of God & in Him dwells the fullness of God. To say that Jesus IS God because God was WITH Him & IN Him doing the works would be the exact same thing as saying that YOU & ME are God because AS HE IS so are WE in this world. WE are also SONS of God. Does that make US God?
There is so much wisdom and apologetical material condensed in these few minutes that I had never heard in decades since I became a Christian... and I have been mentored by great teachers! God bless you for simultaneously evangelizing and helping equip your brothers and sisters in Christ.
People who become Christians would know the answers to Bible question. The following is their main belief. (1 Corinthians 8:6) there is actually to us one God, the Father, No Jesus is God or anything else is God. Only the one SPIRIT BEING that Jesus and his follower address as FATHER in the Heavens, is God. Read Jesus' words at John 20:17.
@@jimjuri6490 I tried to understand but I am afraid I will need your help. Are you trying to state and deny something Christians believe, or do you have a question?
@@RoamFree1866 : Paul clearly states what Christian belief is at 1 Corinthians 8:6. Christians do not believe in worshipping multiple gods. Or even a multiple personality god. Jesus, the Leader of Christians, stated: (Matthew 4:10) Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written: ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and IT IS TO HIM ALONE you must render sacred service.’” Jesus and all his DISCIPLES worship Jehovah. The One whom Jesus stated is the ONLY TRUE GOD (John 17:3). About Jesus: (John 1:34) And I have seen it, and I have given witness that this one IS the Son of God.” Jesus was never God as these videos try to show. See the prophecy at 2 Timothy 4:3,4 which explains these type of videos.
I'm only a few minutes in and I already have a rebuttal to Wus so Im not sure what you mean by wisdom. Chapter 2: Its true, Jesus doesn't denounce that he's God however he does say in vs 10 something very specific about his authority to forgive sins. He specifies it by saying "ON EARTH." Meaning the earthly consequence of sin, not the spiritual one. Furthermore, John 20:23 he gives his disciples the power to forgive the earthly consequence of sin as well. Should we assume that makes them God as well?
Chapter 3: if Jesus is part of a triune Godhead that consists of the Father Son and Holy Spirit why is it you can slander against anyone else (including the Father and Jesus) and be forgiven no problem but slandering the Holy Spirit is an eternal sin? (Mark 3:28-29)
Wes Huff is the typical christian trying to defend Catholic trinity(jesusgod) doctrine. He never will quote the 100s of passages where Yahusha haMasiach prayed.asked, and credit His God.....El ELYON. Yahusha said....."tr only true ELOHIYM"....John 17:3 In John 20 Yahusha said....."my Father and your Father, my Elohiym and your Elohiym" speaking to Miryam after resurrection. He also said....."the Father is greater than Me" If you refer to The Messiah as......"God the Son" you will answer to EL ELYON for blasphemy. It is written......"the Son of ELYON"...... there is NO scripture that says.... god the son. So why do you use it.

This video left me speechless. I knew about the amount of prophecies fulfilled but the ones presented here were outstanding. Thanks for this, it was eye opening
Very great info from him! I have typed up some myself for when good people have trouble with the Trinity and the deity of Jesus. Please feel free to not read since it is rather long, but I love to share Jesus! God's Finger: (Adoni Jehovah) Exodus 31:18 And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God. Deuteronomy 9:10 Then the Lord delivered to me two tablets of stone written with the finger of God, and on them were all the words which the Lord had spoken to you on the mountain from the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly. Jeremiah 17:13 O Lord, the hope of Israel, All who forsake You shall be ashamed. “Those who depart from Me Shall be written in the earth, Because they have forsaken the Lord, The fountain of living waters.” Jesus' Finger: John 8:5-9 5 Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?” 6 This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear. 7 So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” 8 And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. 9 Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. Jesus is saying by His actions that He wrote the law of Moses, and He fulfilled the prophecy of Jeremiah 17:13 writing the names in the earth and the people forsook and departed from Him. The passage in Jeremiah speaks of God as the fountain of living water. John 7:38-39 38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” 39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. Jesus tells them that He can provide their hearts with rivers of living water. He was speaking in terms of the Holy Spirit. I thought God was the fountain of living waters? How can this be? I give you the Trinity - together in one place. Revelation 22:1 22 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. One throne. 3 persons, yet 1. But wait, there's more. The Shepherd: Isaiah 40:10-11 Behold, the Lord God shall come with a strong hand, And His arm shall rule for Him; Behold, His reward is with Him, And His work before Him. 11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather the lambs with His arm, And carry them in His bosom, And gently lead those who are with young. Psalm 23:1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. John 10:11 (Jesus) “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. John 10:14-16 14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. 15 As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd. How can God and Jesus both be the Shepherd? How can they both be the source of living waters at the same time? Because Jesus is one with the Father, and He is God. The temple: Ezekiel 37:26-28 26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them, and it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; I will establish them and multiply them, and I will set My sanctuary in their midst forevermore. 27 My tabernacle also shall be with them; indeed I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 28 The nations also will know that I, the Lord, sanctify Israel, when My sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.” ’ ” Revelation 21:22 But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. Isn't God the temple? How then can the Lamb also be? Because He is one with God the Father, and He is God. The Lamp: 2 Samuel 22:29 “For You are my lamp, O Lord; The Lord shall enlighten my darkness. Isaiah 60:19-20 19 “The sun shall no longer be your light by day, Nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you; But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light, And your God your glory. 20 Your sun shall no longer go down, Nor shall your moon withdraw itself; For the Lord will be your everlasting light, And the days of your mourning shall be ended. Psalm 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path. John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Revelation 21:23-24 23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. 24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. Wait... God AND the Lamb are the light? Yes, because Christ is one with God, and He is God. Firstfruits: Jeremiah 2:3 Israel was holiness unto the Lord, and the firstfruits of his increase: all that devour him shall offend; evil shall come upon them, saith the Lord. Revelation 14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. The redeemed (Children of the Israelites) were firstfruits to God and the Lamb? Yes, because They are one. Judgement: Jeremiah 17:10 I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings. God, Adoni Jehovah, right? Partially. Jesus is one with the Father. Revelation 2:23 I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works. Jesus speaking: Revelation 22:12 And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. Also Jesus: Revelation 22:13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.” So you see, Jesus is one with God the Father and the Holy Spirit. The Holy Trinity, 3 persons yet 1 God. He is the finger. He is the temple. He is the shepherd. He is the lamp. He is the judge. Jesus is God. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. May Christ reign eternal in your heart forever, for Jesus is God and Lord of all!

Well, as you're reading the Gospels make sure you read the cover sheet if your Bible is of a newer one. The Christian Scholars will tell you that the Gospels are ANONYMOUS. They don't KNOW who wrote them. And as you're reading the Gospels, ask yourself what time the women visited the tomb. Was the sun shining or was it dark? If you answered the sun was shining, you would be CORRECT. However, if you said it was dark you would be CORRCT. Who were the women? You will find different accounts according to the Gospels. What was their purpose? Different accounts. Was the tomb open? Yes and no. BOTH answers are correct. Who was at the tomb? Different accounts according to the Gospels. What did the messenger say? Different accounts. When Mary returned to the tomb did, she know Jesus had been resurrected? YES and NO. 😂
Interesting thing about Isaiah 40 saying “the voice of the One crying in the wilderness”. There are 39 books in the OT and 27 in the New. This makes it 66 books. Isaiah reads like a mini Bible as there are 66 chapters Isaiah. The first 39 chapters are about law, the 40th chapter makes a complete 180 just like the book of Matthew in the NT. However, it’s believed that Mark is the earliest of the four gospels. So, 39th book of Isaiah is like the end of the OT. The 40th chapter is like the start of the NT, which goes on to “prepare the way of our Lord”.
You know the chapters and numbering are not inspired right? This is laughable, I actually laughed after reading this comment, man oh man I am getting a kick reading these comments....lol No disrespect, but I suspect you slept in Sunday school dude.
Whoa, this was awesome! The point about Moses and Elijah being the only ones who went up on a mountain to talk to God was definitely a new one for me. Thank you!
It would be a new teaching considering the fact that both individuals are dead. Dead persons cannot walk or talk. (Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, No dead human was actually talking to Jesus. Jesus was immersed in prayer with his God Jehovah. The 3 Apostles were given a vision. It wasn't real. Please read the account. Matthew 17:1-9.

Peter (Rock) James (supplanter) John (Grace) went up on the mountain. Read right to left. Grace supplants rock ( tablets of stone). Grace supplants the old way with rules regulations and ordinances with a personal relationship. On the mountain Jesus confirmed with Moses and Elijah that He had in fact fulfilled every law and every prophecy about Himself. This short video was very well done.
😂 Peter doesn't mean rock, the word Kepha means "small pebble" SINGULAR, not rock (which you try to make plural). And besides, Jesus said "on this ROCK I will build my church". Since you are lieing and trying to correlate the rock to the tablets of stone, this quote from Jesus makes you sound foolish
I think the passage about Jesus casting out the legion of demons is a good point: ”As he was getting into the boat, the man who had been possessed with demons begged him that he might be with him. And he did not permit him but said to him, “Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” And he went away and began to proclaim in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him, and everyone marveled.“ Mark 5:18-20 He tells the man to confess what the Lord has done, and the man goes around confessing what Jesus did. I don’t know if this is a perfect example, but it feels so to me.
It is a wonderful example! I love the OT and NT parallels as well! There are so many things that prove the Trinity and prove Christ's deity.
That was because Jesus didn't have any powers of his own. It was God who worked THROUGH Jesus who was the source of the miracles. Humans cannot do miracles. See Acts 2:22 which makes it clear that Jesus didn't do any miracles using his own power. Acts 3:7 With that 'Peter' took hold of him by the right hand and raised him up. Instantly his feet and his ankles were made firm; 8 and leaping to his feet, he began walking and went with them into the temple, walking and leaping and praising God. No praise was showered on Peter.
@@gotenks38 .. you're confused and misrepresenting scripture - where is there a 'Trinity' - no verses say that Jesus is God - the Bible does not contradict itself - the scriptures plainly state that Jesus is the Son of God. Mark 1:1 John 20:30-31 Note Matthew 16:15-17 Note Jesus' own words saying that he is God's Son - John 10:36 Even at Jesus' baptism God declares from heaven that Jesus is his beloved son .. Everyone who denies that Jesus is the Christ (anointed one) - the Son of God, is a liar! The 'Trinity' is a false doctrine - not taught in scripture.
Luke even makes it more clear that Jesus is God telling about the same story. Luke 8:39 [39]Return to thine own house, and shew how great things God hath done unto thee. And he went his way, and published throughout the whole city how great things Jesus had done unto him. He did exactly what Jesus told him to do.

Throughout the Gospel of Mark, Jesus is portrayed as the Messiah, the Son of God, and the Savior. Each chapter reinforces His unique mission and relationship with God, highlighting His role in God’s redemptive plan. While Jesus performs miracles and demonstrates authority, these acts are shown as empowered by God. Mark consistently maintains that Jesus operates under God’s authority, emphasizing His role as the anointed one sent to save humanity.
You got it right. All of Jesus Earthly acts were empowered by the Infinite God the Father. Jesus then empowered the disciples to do righteous and spiritual acts after his passion

Thanks, Wes. No human (man) told you this. This is given to you by the Ruach Ha Quadesh. The thing that people do not understand, is that YAHUAH, 'God', is bigger than our minds. We cannot reason out how He can call out to Himself, how He can sit next to Himself, and many other things. My Father in heaven is greater than I. Yes! Father in heaven is spirit, Yahusha on earth is flesh! For the time being. Spirit always trumps flesh! We were created in Elohim's image. Body, spirit, and soul. Three but one. We cannot however manifest the three separately like He can! Regarding Mark Chapter 1, Jesus clarifies what seems to be confusing people about John preparing the Way of the Lord: Jesus clearly says - I am the Way, the Truth and the Light. No one comes to the Father except through me. So there you have it. Jesus is not the LORD he is the Way to the the Lord. John made paths straight for The Way of the Lord. Regarding Mark Chapter 2 and Jesus forgiving sins Jesus does correct the commenter when he says, "But that you may know that the *Son of Man* has authority on earth to forgive sins” Mark 2:10. THe Son of Man means human. It doesn't mean God. But some of you might say, "But what about Daniel 7"? The son of Man figure comes to the Ancient of Days. He isn't the Ancient of Days. And if you read the entire interpretation of the vision, in verse 27, the fact that the son of man is given a kingdom means that the people are given kingdom. The reason is because the son of man represents humans. There is one mediator between God and man, the man, Christ Jesus. Furthermore, the assertion that only God can give forgive sins (which is only claimed by the Jews in scripture) is false according to Jesus for he tells his disciples that they have the authority to forgive sins in John 20:23 saying "If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.” Further more the fact that the Jews interpreted Jesus as claiming the authority to forgive sins for humanity is further confirmed in a parallel passage in Matthew 9:8, where it says, "When the crowds saw this, they were filled with awe and glorified God, who had given such authority to men." So the crowds correctly interpreted that when Jesus said in Matthew 9:6, "But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins...” It meant that Jesus was declaring that humans actually have the authority to forgive sins thus contradicting the false doctrine claimed by the Jews and some other false teachers that only God can forgive sins. I feel no need to address any of the rest of this false teaching. No where does Mark actually claim or teach that Jesus is God. Just listing impressive feats of Jesus does not make him God for the Bible explains, "...God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him." Acts 10:38
Excellent comment. Thanks for taking the time to write it. I don't understand when people point to the things Jesus does as if it's proof He's God, when He Himself says repeatedly He can do nothing of Himself, all authority has been given to Him, etc etc. Also, the book of Ezekiel calls Ezekiel "son of man" about a million times and yet no one thinks Ezekiel is God or it's a claim to deity. Great point about Jesus being the Way.
If Jesus is not God the Son then there is a blatant contradiction in Hebrews 1:8 - But of the SON he says, "Your throne, O GOD, is forever and ever." As well, Revelation 1 clearly states that God calls himself The First and the Last. Then Jesus claims this title, and again in Revelation 22:13-16. Those who deny his divinity are precisely those whom John warns about in the Revelation.
@@timtherrien7843 After saying of the son "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever", Hebrews 1 goes on to say in verse 9, "Therefore GOD, YOUR GOD, has anointed you". Jesus, even in his post-resurrected and ascended state, still has a God over Him. Even if Jesus is theos (greek for g/God), He is still the kind of God *who Himself has a God.* However, we cannot say this is the case of the one true, most high God. That God (the Father) never, ever, ever has a God over Him. Additionally, Hebrews 1:8 is a reference to the human psalmic king in Psalm 45. In that Psalm, "Your throne, O GOD" is directed not at God, but at a human king. All this means is that the Bible shows that the word for "god" just has a broader application than the narrow one we ascribe to it. There are beings called "god" who are not the ultimate-source-of-reality God. Jesus is one of those who can be called "theos" and it doesn't mean He is the most high God. That's the Father. Even Jesus Himself tells the Jews in John 8 that their God (i.e. the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of the Old Testament) is not himself, is not the Trinity, but is in fact -- the Father. In John 8:54 Jesus says to the Jews, “If I glorify Myself, My glory means nothing. *The One who glorifies Me is My Father, of whom you say ‘He is our God.’* If you look at all the instances in the Bible regarding the First/Last, Alpha/Omega, Beginning/End, that's not the whole thing that's going on. To focus in on the narrow phrase "the First and the Last" omits the surrounding context in each of those cases. Rather, the title is more like our modern day G.O.A.T. We may call someone "the GOAT" (meaning, the Greatest Of All Time), but there is more to it. If someone says a person is the GOAT, then the natural response is "of what?" Someone may be the GOAT but in reference to basketball, someone else may be the GOAT but in reference to swimming. Same title, but in reference to different accomplishments, and it doesn't mean they are the same person. "First and Last" in the NT just designates the whole of anything, from beginning to end. It means someone is unique, completely alone in a certain category. So like in Revelation 1:8, it says of God, "I am the Alpha and the Omega,’ says the Lord God, ‘who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." Yes, God is the unique one, completely alone in the category that He has always existed and ever will exist. Same thing applies in Isaiah 44:6 when God says "“I am the first and I am the last, and there is no God except me.” God is unique, alone in the category of the God that He is. And in Revelation 22:13, Jesus says "“I am coming quickly, and my reward is with me, to render each one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last…" Notice Jesus does not say "I am the First and the Last, there is no other God besides me". Instead, He is the First and the Last, the unique one who's job it is to render to each one according to his work. No one else does that, only Jesus. This phrase doesn't mean He's God. God bless.
@@timtherrien7843 Heb 1:8 can, and should actually be translated as "Your throne is God forever and ever" It's a statement like God is your shield (2 Sam 22:3) where God is the sorce of your protection. It's a reference to the fact that the source of Christ's authority to rule is God himself. That's why Acts 2:36 says that God made Jesus Lord. Jesus wasn't Lord till God made him so according to God's own will. And also why Jesus says he was given all authority (Matthew 28:18), Jesus didn't have all authority until God gave him this. God doesn't need to have anyone give him authority, but Christ does. And as Paul says everything is subjected under Christ except God who subjected all things to Christ (1 Cor 15:27). Jesus explains what he means by being the first and the last in context: "I died, and behold I am alive forevermore." Rev 1:18 Thus being God's unique image, Jesus will uniquely share some titles with God like other men who share some of Gods less unique titles like (Lord, or Father, or even King of Kings) But more important than the titles that are shared is the titles that are never shared. Jesus is never called the Only True God, is never called the Most High God and is never called the Almighty. Jesus has the Father as his God ( John 20:17). The Most High God has no other God above him for he is the Most High, the "God of gods" (Deut 10:17, Ps. 136:2, Ps 82:6).

Wesley does not mention that Jesus was given the authority by God to do everything Jesus did. Jesus himself clearly states this often. "I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from My Father." "For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but to do the will of Him who sent Me." "For as the Father has life in Himself, so also He has granted the Son to have life in Himself. And He has given Him authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man." Even John often stated that Jesus was given authority: "The Father loves the Son and has placed all things in His hands." yes, Jesus is divine. yes, Jesus was sent from God. yes, Jesus was in existence before creation as were the other spiritual beings that celebrated creation when it happened, but without the context of having been given the authority, Wesley is presenting the case that Jesus had the authority to begin with

Not really. This response does not demolish what the Bible teaches: "Afterwards the end-Whensoever he [Jesus] delivereth up the kingdom unto his God and Father, Whensoever he shall bring to nought all rule and all authority and power; For he must needs reign until he shall put all his enemies under his feet: As a last enemy death is to be destroyed; For-He [God] put all things in subjection under his [Jesus'] feet. @@rich_guitar I agree. And it's such an obvious question when we read Jesus' own words "All authority has been given to me." Given by who? You can feel Jesus' frustration when you read how he was explaining this. The Jews misunderstood him (maybe by choice) and even majority of Christians until today.
@@TheJojo777I don’t think anyone who believes Jesus is God denies that there’s a hierarchy between the Son and Father. There being a hierarchy within the Godhead doesn’t mean the Son isn’t God. Part of the confusion may be the Son speaking with humility in his incarnated state, but that was part of his job. There still seems to be plenty of scripture to show that the Son was one with the Father even before creation, and that everything was created by the Son. If that’s not an attempt to describe God, what exactly is it describing?
@@breakphorth I'm not denying Jesus' divinity. But it's one thing to say that Jesus is divine, a spirit person posessing divine qualities (which is what I see in the Bible), and another to say that Jesus is Jehovah (that they are the same person). The latter is not what the Bible teaches. Instead, we read that Jesus had a God, whom he called his Father, and from whom he received all authority and power. Jesus can forgive sins because he was authorised to do so. Jesus gives life because he was given the power to do so. The ultimate source of it all is Jehovah God, though. Also, I don't find "godhead" in the Bible. Neither in visions nor in the words of Jesus relating to salvation the holy spirit is not mentioned. "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." Joh 17:3. "And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life." 1 Joh 5:20. "yet to us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we unto him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we through him." 1 Cor 8:6.

Yes! Job 9:8 clearly says that God alone walks on the waves of the sea. And Jesus walked on the waves of the sea. Therefore... I used this with a Jehovah's Witness not long ago...maybe I will follow this up with the point you made about WHO John the Baptist prepared the way for!
I have come across in Isaiah many times is written that the Redeemer is YHWH. Among others specifically Isaiah 44:6 & 24. Then compare that with Revelation 1:17,18 & 2:8b. Also Zechariah 14:9. His very Name first mentioned in Genesis 2:4: YHWH, yod hey waw hey, Hand Behold Nail Behold.
@J-Honor I appreciate that...but as for 2 different people, I understand by the scriptures that say Jesus is the IMAGE of the invisible God (2 Cor 4:4, Col 1:15, Heb 1:3). When I think of my own image, that is me but it also proceeds from me and is distinct but not separate from me. My image may not be alive but God is greater than man (Job 33:12) and His image IS alive (John 5:26).
@doughammond8932. You might also reference John 14:14: "If you ask ME anything in My name, I will do it." Ask a JW to read it in his/her Kingdom Interlinear. They leave the first 'Me' out of the English translation, just like the KJV. Most modern translations will translate the first 'Me' in their translation. It's actually in the Greek! It shows that Jesus can be prayed to.

One of my personal favorite discoveries when I was preaching through Mark was that in Mark 6:50, Jesus literally says to his disciples in the Greek, "Be of good cheer! I AM!"
My problem is not the divinity of the Son of God. It is the declaration that He is God when Jesus Himself says He is the Son of God, sent by God, lesser than God. He was here to glorify the Father and did nothing or said nothing of His own accord but as the Father commanded or told Him to. John 5 has Jesus explaining this very clearly. He is the Son of God and has been granted rights such as passing judgment and giving life among other things. Prince William will never be equal to King Charles just as my son will never be equal to me. This is how it has been 5:35 the beginning. So I cannot understand why the Pharisees in John 5:18 would believe that Jesus claiming to ne the Son of God makes Him EQUAL to God. The context there is not equality but divinity. They wanted to kill Him because He, a mere human and a simple carpenter's son at that, claimed divinity which only belonged to God and His angels. Jesus is Godly in His divinity but is neither God nor equal to God. Despite how the Greek translators and the later English ones translated it, the Father and Son have clearly spelled out what is what. The Son glorifies the Father and the Father lifts up the Son. The Son is the way to the Father and not vice versa.
@@DaMain110 I am not too sure I understand what you mean. The point I am trying to get across is that Jesus is divine in nature and is seated at the right hand of the Father. Just as the angels are divine beings and even the devil himself, Jesus's divinity does not equate to Him being equal to the Father and He himself does not consider Himself equal to the Father. Despite how many people call him God, whether they actually did that or the Greek and English translators messed it up, Jeus and the Father acknowledge ONE GOD... not a God-head consisting of many individuals, just ONE GOD and ONE FATHER over all.
@@DaMain110 Sorry for taking you further out of the scope of what I am saying. I was simply suggesting that perhaps errors were made by the transcribers or translators such that the Greek and English do not do the original language justice and we end up with just Lord and God when they had more.
Moses and Elijah are dead. Dead people tell no tales as the saying goes. They will only come back into existence when Acts 24:15 happens under Jesus' 1,000 rule of this earth.

In almost every instance, whether the man was righteous or unrighteous, he "went to sleep with his fathers". Someone sleeping doesn't disappear from reality everything they sleep. @marcelsunmaster38 No it wasn't. Verse 3:2 And the ANGEL OF THE LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush Then in verse 4 the hewbrew states " Elohim called to him" and not YHWH. If you believe that was God speaking, then Jesus is a liar. For Jesus said in John 5:37 And the Father who sent me has himself borne witness about me. His voice you have never heard, his form you have never seen You are wrong.
@@dlbard1 It's talking about the Jews at the time that were hard of heart. In the chapter The Angel is called Elohim and he claims to be YHWH. Bc in verse seven, the same angel of the Lord is called YHWH. In verse 4 it says that it was God who called Moses from the bush and it was God who would protect him. And God has been seen by Jacob in his fight in Genesis 30-35, Haggai 12 and Isaiah 6:1-10. And also Moses didn't see God's full form that's why God appeared to him in the bush. If you read Judges 13, you will see that Samson's parents recognized The Angel as YHWH and if you read Exodus 22 and Zechariah 3, He has the same divine power as YHWH. Even YHWH called the Angel YHWH.
@Michael23f i was raised and attended trinitarian churches for over 40 years. My Father was a pentecostal trinitarian preacher since my early teens. I am fully aware of what doctrine teaches. I left it about 6 years ago. because of the mountain of evidence against it. I don't think you know what its precepts are. Earlier, you stated that God was made of three beings. That's 3 God's.
Why would they kill him for claiming to be the son of God? Follow your own argument to its logical conclusion. Because in doing so, he is making himself equal to God.
In Genesis 1, who made heaven and Earth? In Isaiah 44:24 who made heaven and Earth ALONE (BY MYSELF)? In Isaiah 44:24 WHO made ALL THINGS? In John 1:3 and 10 ALL THINGS and THE WORLD were made by WHO? In Col 1:16 ALL THINGS were made by WHO? In Rev 4:11 ALL THINGS were made BY and FOR who? SIMPLE LOGIC!!!

Verses we can clearly tell that Jesus is not God nor son of God, but only a servant and prophet of God
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. Deuteronomy 6:4
Jesus replied, “The most important commandment is this: ‘Listen, O Israel! The Lord our God is the one and only Lord Mark 12:29
For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus Timothy 2.5
My Father is greater than I (John 14:28)
My father is greater than all (John 10:29)
No man has SEEN God at ANY TIME ' - 1 John 4:12
God is not a man nor a son of man’ (Numbers 23: 19)
The Bible often calls Jesus ‘a son of man’ or ‘the son of man.’
Matthew 4:1 says Jesus was tempted and James 1:13 says God cannot be tempted
I can do nothing by Myself; I judge only as I hear. And My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. (John 5:30)
I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one-as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me. John 17 :21
Jesus said to her, "Do not hold me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brethren and say to them, I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God." John 20:17 "
Going a little farther, He fell facedown and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me. Yet not as I will, but as You will.” (Matthew 26:39)
And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? Matthew 27: 46
For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken.
I know that his command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus. You handed him over to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, though he had decided to let him go. Acts 3:13
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.
(John 17 :3)

But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Mark 13:32
The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. 13 Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs. (Mark 11:12-13)
he continued all night in prayer to God.’ (Luke 6:12)
Just as the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve’ (Matthew 20:28)
I live because of the Father.’ (John 6:57)
All power is given unto me.’ (Matt 28: 18)
Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone. Mark 10:18
I ascend to my Father and your Father, and my God and your God.’ (John 20:17)
But will God really dwell on earth with humans? The heavens, even the highest heavens, cannot contain you. How much less this temple I have built! 2 Chronicles 6: 18
I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
(Matthew 15:24)
So Jesus answered them, “My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me. If anyone’s will is to do God’s will, he will know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own authority. The one who speaks on his own authority seeks his own glory; but the one who seeks the glory of him who sent him is true, and in him there is no falsehood.
(John 7:16-18)
Also there are others and prophets called son of God in the Bible and yet Christians don't acknowledge them to be son of God. So do not think Jesus is son of God just because of what is said in the Bible. The Bible has many contradictions and mistakes in the Bible do not put your salvation on it. Jesus never said he was the son of God and he is not.
Verses that call many others son of God
Moses is instructed to say to Pharaoh "Thus saithe the LORD, Israel is my son, my firstborn. (Exodus 4: 22)
He said to me, ‘Your son Solomon is the one who shall build My house and My courts; for I have chosen him to be a son to Me, and I will be a father to him. Chronicles 28: 6
Kenan was the son of Enoch. Enoch was the son of Seth. Seth was the son of Adam. Adam was the son of God. Luke 3: 38
He is the one who will build a house for my Name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever. 14 I will be his father, and he will be my son. 2 Samuel 7: 13
Jesus never said he was God period. He is a slave of God just like us. The bible has been altered over the many century's Jesus spoke Aramaic the bible is not in Aramaic.
Verses below show Jesus referring himself as prophet
And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own town and in his own home. Matthew 13:57
In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day-for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem! Luke 13:33
Now Jesus himself had pointed out that a prophet has no honor in his own country John 4:44.
To MY Father & YOUR Father.”
Yes, there is no doubt that God was doing all of His works through Jesus.

People who become Christians would know the answers to Bible question. The following is their main belief.
(1 Corinthians 8:6) there is actually to us one God, the Father,
No Jesus is God or anything else is God.
Jesus, the Leader of Christians, stated:
(Matthew 4:10) Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written: ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and IT IS TO HIM ALONE you must render sacred service.’”
Jesus and all his DISCIPLES worship Jehovah. The One whom Jesus stated is the ONLY TRUE GOD (John 17:3).
About Jesus:
(John 1:34) And I have seen it, and I have given witness that this one IS the Son of God.”
Jesus was never God as these videos try to show.

God's Finger:
(Adoni Jehovah)
Exodus 31:18
And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.
Deuteronomy 9:10
Then the Lord delivered to me two tablets of stone written with the finger of God, and on them were all the words which the Lord had spoken to you on the mountain from the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.
Jeremiah 17:13
O Lord, the hope of Israel,
All who forsake You shall be ashamed.
“Those who depart from Me
Shall be written in the earth,
Because they have forsaken the Lord,
The fountain of living waters.”
Jesus' Finger:
John 8:5-9
5 Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned.
John 7:38-39
38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” 39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
Jesus tells them that He can provide their hearts with rivers of living water. He was speaking in terms of the Holy Spirit. I thought God was the fountain of living waters? How can this be?
I give you the Trinity - together in one place.
Revelation 22:1
22 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.
One throne. 3 persons, yet 1.
But wait, there's more.
The Shepherd:
Isaiah 40:10-11
Behold, the Lord God shall come with a strong hand,
And His arm shall rule for Him;
Behold, His reward is with Him,
And His work before Him.
11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd;
He will gather the lambs with His arm,
And carry them in His bosom,
And gently lead those who are with young.
Psalm 23:1
The LORD is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
John 10:11 (Jesus)
“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.
John 10:14-16
14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own.
The temple:
Ezekiel 37:26-28
26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them, and it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; I will establish them and multiply them, and I will set My sanctuary in their midst forevermore. 27 My tabernacle also shall be with them; indeed I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 28 The nations also will know that I, the Lord, sanctify Israel, when My sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.” ’ ”
Revelation 21:22
But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.
Isn't God the temple? How then can the Lamb also be? Because He is one with God the Father, and He is God.
The Lamp:
2 Samuel 22:29
“For You are my lamp, O Lord;
The Lord shall enlighten my darkness.
Isaiah 60:19-20
19 “The sun shall no longer be your light by day,
Nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you;
But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light,
And your God your glory.
20 Your sun shall no longer go down,
Nor shall your moon withdraw itself;
For the Lord will be your everlasting light,
And the days of your mourning shall be ended.
Psalm 119:105
Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path.
John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Revelation 21:23-24
23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. 24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it.
Wait... God AND the Lamb are the light? Yes, because Christ is one with God, and He is God.
Firstfruits:
Jeremiah 2:3
Israel was holiness unto the Lord, and the firstfruits of his increase: all that devour him shall offend; evil shall come upon them, saith the Lord.
Revelation 14:4
These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
The redeemed (Children of the Israelites) were firstfruits to God and the Lamb? Yes, because They are one.
Judgement:
Jeremiah 17:10
I, the Lord, search the heart,
I test the mind,
Even to give every man according to his ways,
According to the fruit of his doings.
God, Adoni Jehovah, right? Partially. Jesus is one with the Father.
Revelation 2:23
I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works.
Jesus speaking:
Revelation 22:12
And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.
Also Jesus:
Revelation 22:13
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
So you see, Jesus is one with God the Father and the Holy Spirit.
You should really read. You’ll see it’s all lies. But you believe man over the Bible.

Very interesting insight

Whoa, this was awesome! The point about Moses and Elijah being the only ones who went up on a mountain to talk to God was definitely a new one for me. Thank you!
It would be a new teaching considering the fact that both individuals are dead. Dead persons cannot walk or talk.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all,
No dead human was actually talking to Jesus. Jesus was immersed in prayer with his God Jehovah.

Then i was like you okey, why did he punish in the first place? You have to read the whole story like in this case the book to really start to understand right now what i understand so far is yes god is the judging one but also just, like some dude man a christian is gonna laugh at me, well basically the dude served the lord and god wanted to test him so he asked for is son you know what i mean? I was stunned like whuuut but i read further and god stopped him and the dude basically shanked a lamp instead. Remember the world lamp, perhaps even know it. As you read the book ofc you gonna hear about jesus then you start to connect and see by what he did and said written down well basically recordet back then by many belivers and non followers, connect what again?
See that jesus is actually that lamp that shed blood for our sins and man dont tell me you dont got them and biiiig ones i know where that anger at god comes from im fighting the devil everyday you thing im just cussing and joking here? Its all jokes but serious out here and you need to figure out keep on fighting against god, read that damn book and connect, i learned you cant just read a sentence and understand the whole concept you get me? Man i hope you also get that i been spending time here man to man but also heart to heart nothing but peace over here dont matter if you belive/start to KNOW what you belive or just go your OWN way.
Im here to hear a man who is knowledgeable and proves to those who doubt who Jesus really is. May the LORD bless you all.

And he did not permit him but said to him, “Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” And he went away and began to proclaim in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him, and everyone marveled.“
Mark 5:18-20
He tells the man to confess what the Lord has done, and the man goes around confessing what Jesus did. I don’t know if this is a perfect example, but it feels so to me.
True!
It is a wonderful example! I love the OT and NT parallels as well! There are so many things that prove the Trinity and prove Christ's deity. I have a typed up summary that I like to show good people who have trouble with this. It is a long read, so please do not feel inclined to read it. I just love to share it. God is good! God's Finger:
(Adoni Jehovah)
Exodus 31:18
And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.
Deuteronomy 9:10
Then the Lord delivered to me two tablets of stone written with the finger of God, and on them were all the words which the Lord had spoken to you on the mountain from the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.
Jeremiah 17:13
O Lord, the hope of Israel,
All who forsake You shall be ashamed.
“Those who depart from Me
Shall be written in the earth,
Because they have forsaken the Lord,
The fountain of living waters.”
Jesus' Finger:
John 8:5-9
5 Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned.
Behold, the Lord God shall come with a strong hand,
And His arm shall rule for Him;
Behold, His reward is with Him,
And His work before Him.
11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd;
He will gather the lambs with His arm,
And carry them in His bosom,
And gently lead those who are with young.
Psalm 23:1
The LORD is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
John 10:11 (Jesus)
“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.
John 10:14-16
14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own.
“For You are my lamp, O Lord;
The Lord shall enlighten my darkness.
Isaiah 60:19-20
19 “The sun shall no longer be your light by day,
Nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you;
But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light,
And your God your glory.
20 Your sun shall no longer go down,
Nor shall your moon withdraw itself;

"I, even I, am the Lord, and besides Me there is no savior" - Isaiah 43:11

When this understanding is given to you, you just accept that your mind is too small and cannot comprehend these things, all you can do is Believe what was given to you. HaleluYah brother.
*The One who glorifies Me is My Father, of whom you say ‘He is our God.’*
If you look at all the instances in the Bible regarding the First/Last, Alpha/Omega, Beginning/End, that's not the whole thing that's going on.
Jesus explains what he means by being the first and the last in context: "I died, and behold I am alive forevermore." Rev 1:18
Thus being God's unique image, Jesus will uniquely share some titles with God like other men who share some of Gods less unique titles like (Lord, or Father, or even King of Kings)
But more important than the titles that are shared is the titles that are never shared.
@@maxspringer01 I'm curious what Bible you read. In the NASB psalm 45 is clearly about the King(note the capital),Jesus, and the body of Christ.

And He has given Him authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man." Even John often stated that Jesus was given authority: "The Father loves the Son and has placed all things in His hands." yes, Jesus is divine. yes, Jesus was sent from God. yes, Jesus was in existence before creation as were the other spiritual beings that celebrated creation when it happened, but without the context of having been given the authority, Wesley is presenting the case that Jesus had the authority to begin with
Those things are partly where we get the doctrine of the Trinity from. Jesus is God and is separate from the Father.
@@bbgun061The Triune God is not separate in action, but all participate due to their perfect union (perichoresis)
Jesus required permission in accordance to His human nature, and gave permission as The Son in accordance to His divine nature. The doctrine of kenosis (see Phil 2) describes how Jesus gave up His independent exercise of divine power in the specific space-time where He was embodied in human form.

@@solitaryone1536you avoided the whole question. Who was Jesus praying to in the garden. You went way off topic to avoid answering.
Jesus prayed to God. He even asked for it to pass from him because he did NOT want to die for you.
Jesus died for insurrection, not your sins. It’s even written in the Bible his accusations in his cross.
Havent watched the video yet. Im just commenting now to say thank you for having a clear thesis statement in the title of the video with no "watch for 15 minutes before i finally reveal my point." I really appreciate that and i think it will help people with less knowledge on the subject at least be steered correctly at surface level, with your video there to further prove it.
The greatest 7 min response to the "exaggerated over time" argument. Just absolutely devastating response. Bravo.
But whensoever it shall be said-All things are in subjection!-It is evident that it means,-Except him who did put into subjection unto him the All things- But whensoever have been put into subjection unto him the All things Then the Son himself [also] shall be put in subjection unto him who put in subjection unto him the All things,-That God may be all things in all." (1 Cor 15:24-28)
@@TheJojo777thanks for speaking truth! they really want Jesus to be God, so there doesn’t seem to be any humility and willingness to hear the truth, in this video he says Jesus has the authority to do such and such but he seems to not want to mention who gave that authority to Jesus, not very honest in my opinion.
Wow I never knew ALL those parallels between Mark and OT moments! It really just goes to show that some people don’t want to see.
I’ve learned of ALL the moments in John that connect with Jesus deity and now false religions are beginning to find reasons that gospel won’t suffice😕
Your message made me to love Jesus more!!
Hallelujah, I gave up!! JESUS IS GOD , MIGHTY GOD, EVERLASTING FATHER, PRINCE OF PEACE , WONDERFUL COUNSELOR
WILL BE CALLED (Isaiah 9:6). Not IS called.
Was not yet.
Let’s go 🎉
Wes, so appreciate you sharing this information and look forward now to locating Jesus in Chapters 10-13 &15&16. Discovered you on Rogan recently and just watched several of your videos. Now a subscriber.
Again, thank you brother for sharing our Lord with others and educating believers like myself.

Wes Huff is truly a treasure. The amount of people who finally heard an accurate confession of the Gospel on Rogan blows my mind.
Glory to God Almighty who granted you revelation and thanks for feeding us with it. Amen❤.
One of my personal favorite discoveries when I was preaching through Mark was that in Mark 6:50, Jesus literally says to his disciples in the Greek, "Be of good cheer! I AM!"
JESUS THE SON OF GOD ,EMANUEL MEANS GOD WITH US
My problem is not the divinity of the Son of God.
You are mistaken. You are mixing categories and adding the characteristics of humanity into the being of God.
@@mcandler_the_unscottish I don’t know what to say first but I guess I’ll ask what was changed in the Greek and English?
@@DaMain110 Sorry for taking you further out of the scope of what I am saying. I was simply suggesting that perhaps errors were made by the transcribers or translators such that the Greek and English do not do the original language justice and we end up with just Lord and God when they had more.
@ What methodology are you using to determine the misuse of the Greek to English translations. What sources are you using?
Moses and Elijah were there to testify that this is the guy they both saw.
Moses and Elijah are dead. Dead people tell no tales as the saying goes.
