Krispy, I am only 15... these video's are so informative! Please keep making them. Been watching every vid since the first vlog.
Please let me know any questions you have so I can answer them below!! Thank you for watching
how do you feel about marijuana stocks? ACB, HEXO etc.
Are there any apps you would recommend to help younger people start investing?
@@WhosAlphaGG I have the same question
how do i buy a house at 23 years old. moneys hard to save when rent is so expensive
At 30 yrs old should I be including my savings with my rrsps and home equity to calculate where I should be at for total savings? Or just available cash?
I watched your American Airlines and this video and immediately subscribed!
Please do a video on how to invest in the stock market. Thanks for the great videos!!!
This video is awesome. Thank you. It makes me feel like I am getting on track based on what you were mentioning. Please talk about credit card debt and how to manage. I loving this!!!!
Do you know and European options for this ? Or can you recommend any way around this without a broker in EU? Also thank you this is a great video and so helpful ! Came here from your Airport delay video through Facebook!
I am fully invested in this series. See what I did there.
Please make more!!
Krispy this was super helpful! From savings to understanding the stock market! You need to keep these videos coming! Perhaps talk more about the free brokerage websites?
Faizan Altaf ok!
In My 20s: I need to invest for my retirement
In My 60s: FUCK!!
Yes dude! Please make more of these! Nice and simple. You cut through all the bullshit and just get straight to the point! Subbed and excited to see more! Thank you for this dude!
Really good video.
Wow when was the last time we had 2 videos within 2 days
Portal Calvin haha true
Goin back in krispy time to get some info
okay WOW, a lot is going on in this! so i just turned 18 and have a $13/hour job. i am SO BEYOND STRESSED OUT about the future and finances. i absolutely 100% want to become educated on the stock market & invest. is there any way you can make a basics video on how to navigate the market as well as anything a beginning investor should know? also, you mentioned creating a savings account and putting a percentage of your paycheck in it! would this be something i do on my own, or do i contact my bank and ask them to automatically transfer the funds? as far as the 401k goes, does it make sense to put some of the paycheck in the account which i won’t have access to or a savings account like i previously mentioned? ah sorry! i have so many questions about all of it!
Great advice that I will use! I look forward to learn more from Krispyshorts!!!
Miguel Heinonen thanks Miguel!
You’ve always been a legend ... and this video just solidifies that. I’m going to put these into practise and keep chucking you’re knowledge our way bro. You’re the man Krisp!
Keep it up! These are things I wish they would've spoke about in school. Stocks was always something we were warned to stay away from. I enjoyed this video. Can't wait for the next one
Great video krispy! Would love to hear your thoughts on getting out of student loan debt. I’m working the Dave Ramsey plan now it’s been super helpful, but would love to hear your thoughts on how paying off debt gets you towards accomplishing financial goals faster
are you sure you're NOT German???? 😂😂😂😂 maybe even some jewish blood streams?? Which is all a POSITIV meaning in my case now when i ask that! YOU ARE RIGHT!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 save up people! US people (in general spend too much and think there credit card limit is there to be living of . . . 😂😂😇😇, think again!) Cool Video, cool dude, NOT cool ..... he's TAKEN 😳😂
I think you’re one of the most legit guy on youtube.
Following you from Italy, thanks for your contents
Simone Pietrobelli thank u man!
yeah more of this, we are ignorant, we want knowledge... I'd watch a 1.5 hour podcast of you talking about this
This is SOOOOO helpful!!! Can’t wait for more!! I still have lots of questions though. Because the stock market is so high is there a greater chance of it falling soon? Can you pick any company to invest in with your 401k? I swear mine only had a few specific companies. Would love a more in depth video about stocks. Very scary and I don’t understand ANY of it!! Your mutual funds display did help though. Thank you!
Dang, Krispy, pheNOMenal video!! You are preaching to the choir here. I started investing at age 20 (dad taught me), and by my late 40s, I was able to fully retire, though I chose to continue to work to stay out of trouble. Just a couple of things to note: You can start taking money out of your 401(k) at age 59 and 1/2, not 60. Also, please talk about the importance of taking advantage of investing money regularly in a Roth IRA since it provides tax-free withdrawals. I plan to send a link of your video to a number of young people I counsel on the importance of investing. Bravo to you for doing this!!
I was searching about investment online and this vlog popped up on my homepage on RUclips. Great vid, thanks! Your personality made me subscribe too. Loving the travel vlogs 😊
Are You referring//including to Exchange Traded Funds (ETF'S) when You're talking about MutualFund//Diversification ....?
Cheers for Your intake either way✌✌
I like it but I wouldn’t recommend people who individual stocks of newish companies like Uber, FB, or Tesla. They’re still speculative and in an overvaluation phase. The general advice of owning a basket of stocks was good, but guiding people to low cost index ETFs by a company like Vanguard would help new people. Target retirement date X by Vanguard is the easiest way for those to start. Make more of these videos though, they’re helpful!
Great vid! In my 40s and have put into my 401k for the past 18yrs. I see my coworkers who wear the newest most expensive clothes, lease their cars and say they can’t afford to put into their 401k. I try telling them they can’t afford NOT to but.......they don’t want to listen!!
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE THE DIFFERED TAX HIT. Who's to say what tax rates will be by then? Take the hit now when it's small and keep all of it.
I'm one of those people who hasn't saved a cent!!! And very scared to say I'm 45!!! But after watching ur vid I'm gonna start!!! I'm a self confessed travel addict, I've probably spent over $100,000 easily in travel over 15 years. I do save but as soon as i see growing I find holiday to spend it on!!! This is what I need to change.
Wow man. Facebook got me here because of your epic yet unfortunate vlog about American Airlines. I’m 26 and this video just kicked my ass right into shape! “If you do what others won’t do now you’ll live a life that others can’t live later” Thank you so much!
Don't really know if the situation is similar in the US, but I'll assume it is.
Don't buy stuff (especially what you really don't need) on payment plans or credit cards. More so, absolutely do not buy multiple things with payment plans or credit cards, do not let it turn into a habit. You'll end up spending a ton in a year in just fees and interest.
Instead of going for the easy way out (granted, you'll have the thing you need/want faster), save up instead. Rather than spending all your hard earned cash on paying for old purchases (again, interest & fees, especially if you have multiple "loans"). It'll also make yourself feel better, once you've actually earned it, plus it makes you feel better putting money aside for yourself, not for someone else.
Agree?
"Don't invest in bitcoin".
*SPENDS 4 MILLION DOLLARS IN BITCOIN IN 1 YEAR*
Very helpful 👍. I have money in my 401K. But where else can I invest my money. I'm still so confused.
My Dad was such a whiz at finance but he never taught me what you just talked about since he chose drugs and alcohol over educating his kid. He passed away three years ago and I hope that the choices I made financially, ever since he passed away, were correct. I don't want to regret things I did 20 years from now just because I didn't know how to do something. I would appreciate the information you talked about like credit cards, stock market, etc. I want to be smart with my money but don't know who to trust in the financial world. Thank you for sharing your insights.
Can you please release like an hour video on this, it was so helpful and insightful to learn about the stock market a bit and also how you should save your money
This was awesome, thank you so much-definitely looking forward to future financial videos-and that Jesus Christ kid 😂 perfect
Thank you so so much for this!! Unfortunately the company I work for doesn't offer 401k so I'll look into investing in the stock market. I have never done it before but you gave me the confidence to start
2:24 LOL family and kids... where? 😂
Awesome Man! First again, can’t wait to finish the video! Have an Awesome day dude!
XxKILL STREAKxX lemme know your thoughts!!
Krispyshorts Honestly some amazing advice. I had unlimited call and data for 55 dollar per Month and I’ve cut data, found a new plan. Unlimited call, no data, and K have saved sooo much money. Just a problem about asking my boss for a raise. Even when I’m working harder than normal for long intervals, he still refuses to give me a raise. I know he probably has his reasons and I was wondering what I could either than that to try and convince I’m worthy.
Many young Americans can't save very early because they must pay money back to their colleges after finishing their studies. Saving is important but then it is really confusing to know how to invest. I find videos like this one interesting.
My company have mutual fund that take some of payment money and I'm thinking that should I spend on them or make my own investments.
Why were we not taught this in high school!!!! Here in the US, we don't teach our young how be financially responsible?!
PureTalk USA is the best budget ISP right now
PS you don’t need unlimited data
What are your thoughts on the Dave Ramsey method of getting out of debt, then investing 15% of your income, paying off the house, and then maxing out retirement?
Thank you for your advice! Please continue with finance videos :)
Be careful about investing in the stock market, it's been on a bullrun for 10 years and with the impending recession it will crash to the likes we never seen before
Very very helpful Krispy thank you for the good information! I took an Economics class last year and it somewhat threw me off but this video helped my tie everything together!
you forgot to mention that theres only one secret i did to save actually more than 10k a year and that is to live in the basement.. i saved a lot and bought 500 shares of aapl.. lol thanks kruspy and say hi to my crush ..
Really nice video man. Super helpful advice and very calming. Keep at it
You should feel good about your future......as long as Romane is in it.....
Really nice video man! We need more of this kind of wholesome financial advice content on youtube
I really needed something like this! Thank you!

This video is very good to show to my friends who think I waste my money in my investments.
Krispy I’ve shown you my comment please reply 🤪
Where was this video when I was 22? Keep up this sort of thing in addition to your fun videos.
I'm 20 and this is a great video for me to start..

Pleeeeeeeeeeease make more of these videos!!!!
Overwhelming student loan debt..what’s your advice on this topic?
Dont put yourself into that situation to start with.
Absolutely loved the video and hope to see a part 2. Just one question I had...what if your in college? Student loans are a bitch and most students are absolutely broke even with a job
ActualMVP don’t worry about saving in college it’s impossible without an income.
THANKS FOR THIS VIDEO
Does education count as investing?
I am almost 40 years old and cant even save 1k a year.
This was EXCELLENT!!
Why don't they teach this in high school
but how I can invest in apple now

Hats off to you fella, good video!
The fact this only has 9.8k views as of right now is RIDICULOUS. This deserves WAY more.
So $250 a month
🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
Love you videos. Cheers
Please make a Part 2!!!
please make more!!!
Great advice Krispy! It can be done people. Book: Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey completely changed my life. Can't recommend this book enough. Nothing but my habits changed and I now easily put 25% of my pay cheque away to savings every 2 weeks and don't feel like quality of life went down at all.
STONKS AND HODL!
25 years old graduating with around 80k in student loan debt (about 30k is from private loans taken out for personal expenses during schooling).... how do I save when I’m going to be paying on my student loans each month? Thanks for doing this btw. I feel overwhelmed every day thinking about this & you make it seem possible bc you’re passionate and informative. Thank you!!
Good work krispy; however, money managers (mutual funds) rarely outperform the market. It would be much better to individually pick an index fund (You mentioned) and invest without the help of the advisers (who you have to pay). VOO is a great choice (Acorns actually uses this one). Next video tell people about Roth IRA's and regular IRA's, these are also great choices with massive tax benefits.
Either way great work!!!!!
So excited, I've been saying for so long, I need to cut out cable bill now I'm finally doing it. I'm clueless about the stock market but the way you explain it, it doesn't seem so intimidating anymore. Great video, keep them coming. I spent more money home on bull shit stuff then when I travel. Ugh! Love the $30.00 a day! Thanks Krispy.
Hey Krispy, quick question. I’m 17 and have currently invested about 500$ of my money into the stock market by means of my fathers Ameritrade account. My stocks are up and I’ve made a decent return on them but I’d like to start investing in my own account. Do you suggest I allow that money to continue to grow there while also opening my own account (probably with Robinhood) or would it be smarter to sell my stocks and invest that money into my own account?
Also really enjoyed the video. Very informative and helpful!
Unshakeable!
I've been watching a lot of financial youtubers recently and with your first video on this topic you are already killing it!!! M1 is also a great free stock trading platform. The key thing it has over the excellent robin hood is the ability to buy fractional shares !!! Example of how awesome it is to buy fractional shares on a free stock platform is this... I have a a stake in apple which is like $200 a share and amazon which is like $1800 a share and I don't need to fork over all that money at once . I just keep adding money to my m1 account which allocates whatever amount I add and puts it towards the stocks in my portfolio. At some point I'll have full shares but for now with my fraction of apple and fraction of amazon and other big companies I have in my portfolio, so I'm riding those expensive stocks without having to pay full price.
Krispy, I’ve been a fan for years and this is honestly one of your best videos to date. This should be a mainstay on your vlog, and something that you can constantly add to and refine. Millennials struggle to find good financial advice, and the more you can break down the better. When I started investing several years ago, it took me probably 3-4 months to put together all the info you just gave in 15 min. Good job man 👏🏻 KEEP IT COMING!!!
Hey Krispy, would you recommend a particular platform/website/company to use for invest on stocks? 🍕🍕🍕 thanks man, love you work
I know we all have to start somewhere, what would you recommend to do first? Like reading, studying an specific subject? I learn better from reading so if you know of any material that I can use that would be great. The video was great! It is extremely helpful
Great video Crispy!! I was in my early 30's and had virtually no money set a side, which I was very concerned about. so I taught myself how to trade the Forex market (and if I can do this then anyone can) I studied incredibly hard as well as having a full time job (a job that I met you on ;) I was absolutely determined to crack it,, and after a couple of years of trial and error I am now consistently profitable, growing my account by around 10-15% per month. I am now 38 and not to far away from buying my dream house cash. For anyone wanting to trade the FX market all I can say is risk management is key! don't ever risk more than 2 or 3% of your trading capital per trade.
YES! Thank you for making this video. I’m 33 and although I have a retirement account through my job, I know I should be saving more. It’s always been a very overwhelming topic that I haven’t known where to start chipping away. Thank you for doing this and I’m excited to see the other videos in this series!
Been waiting for a vid like this, glad you did it dude! Excited to see you dive into it more. I skip all other videos that “promise to show you how to make money investing” but by watching the vlog over the years I know I can trust you and you’re not just trying to sell me something! Thanks j’krisp!
