Other groups may surpass SNSD in digital rankings and albums sold but what Girls Generation has is a legacy. They are legends in their own right. No one can take that away. Records are beaten but we know who are the ones who helped pave the way for the hallyu wave. These angels achieved so much when social media, RUclips and other promotional platforms were not as prevalent. I am so proud of my girls. 10 years of memories, sweat and tears. Everyone complained when this song first unveiled because it was perceived as too weak but after I dig closer, the lyrics and the concept are actually very fitting to the context of their 10th anniversary, they just want to celebrate and enjoy on the fact that they are SNSD and here in 10th year, they just want to have fun and holiday with themselves and SONE, away from the pressure of the ordinary day. As usual, amazing comeback with deep meaning from one of Korea's most influential group ever. I personally really love Holiday and All Night.

As usual, amazing comeback with deep meaning from one of Korea's most influential group ever. I personally really love Holiday and All Night.

However SNSD debuted 10 to 11 years ago when 1 million views seemed a lot more than it does now , and when phones and computers have not taken over our daily lives. Which means that lesser people did crazy streaming. Lesser people even had the ability to do streaming. 100M views were IMPOSSIBLE to kpop then. You see every other group that has been around long hit the mark like SNSD? No. Our girls pushed boundaries and are able to excel in views even if our fandom isn't part od the newer generation. It is truly a remarkable achievement for a girl group who debuted before we all had our smartphones. Salute to the national goddesses.

SNSD is a a history-maker. it is not an understatement that they paved the road on which newer generation of Kpop artists can easily walk on. they had their suffering yet they continuously show the best of them to us. seeing this makes me very sad inside as it seems they are going to find their own ways soon. it must be the most dreadful moment for us SONE but it is inevitable ultimately. what i want to say is i wish them happiness and know that i, we will always support SNSD whether it is 9, 8, 5 or even no more SNSD later.
