    I already have a CPF. Got it in person in Fortaleza a few months ago. How can I open a bank account before I move to Brazil? I currently live in Chile.

      Banking in brazil is not easy for foreigners ,buying real estate is easier but still a lot bureaucracy...why not talking about setting up utilities and property managment .. a rough job too.
