@@lukaivancic1036 i remember as a kid watching assassins creed revelations gameplay trailer and the trailer and song combo made me almost cry when i was 8-9-10. its just that i saw ezio trying to follow altairs footsteps and that made me sad cuz i knew how the ezio story ended.
So glad Ubisoft used this song in the Assassin's Creed Revelations Gameplay Trailer. It was magnificent with the gameplay. Another dubstep artist I got to check out now!
I have been listening to this song for around a month, and i can honestly say this is one of the best tunes iv'e heard in years. Hecq needs to make more tunes like this!
Don't Cha just love when a Song that no even knew or barely knew gets used into a Game's Trailer or Teaser and becomes so Popular? I Did, cuz of this song. :3
omg this song had twice lesser number of views yesterday but be honest...this cool song and artist hecq would be anonymous if there wasn't great assassin's creed series I'm here because assassin's creed and i will always be :)
@Gurjot1995 probably this track wasn't known, but for a game like Assassins Creed to use it, it gains popularity fast, and what proves we +604 like this music is because we're all here now, we just didn't know it existed.

I think because dubstep can be so varied and versatile the genre classification can get hazy, I can usually tell if somethings dubstep by the beat pattern. Usually a one-two beat if you get what I mean?
I've never played assassin's creed in my life nor would I be bothered to watch the trailer but I could see how this song would make people want to buy the game lol.
This track is 145bpm (dubstep typically being 140ish) . DnB ranges from 160bpm to 190bpm+. So you were right, this track is considerably slower than DnB. Hope that helps.
This could be a good thing. I don't think art needs a clear definition because so many amazing things have been made in the process of trying to find it. If we find it then all variation drops. Can't let that happen.
The ambient part sounds like you're being carried by angels to heaven. Amazing stuff
Ben Lukas Boysen is a talented, talented man
I have to come back to this one every once in a while. The association with one of my favorite franchises of all time is too strong.
I got jaded with Revelations, but Black Flag sucked me back in. You can't go wrong with Pirates.....bring on the Ninjas!
can i give u 600000000000000000mil likes?
I totally forgot about Hecq, I accidentally stumbled upon him yesterday and my god this music is powerful

Something tells me that today is that day again.
Been here over and over for years
So glad Ubisoft used this song in the Assassin's Creed Revelations Gameplay Trailer. It was magnificent with the gameplay. Another dubstep artist I got to check out now!
I get shivers everytime I listen to this
never gets old
yeah...
The beginning at 0:27 and forward to 1:02... Makes shivers go down my back.
I have been listening to this song for around a month, and i can honestly say this is one of the best tunes iv'e heard in years. Hecq needs to make more tunes like this!
Hecq is an extremely talented soul. I will always appreciate everything he has ever done.
God this track had a HUGE influence on me a musician and electronic music producer. Timeless.
Same here. One of the stand out tracks from the early 10s and definitely one of the ones that got my producing myself. Incredible stuff.
Worked so perfectly in that Revelations trailer. One of the best trailers I’ve seen.
for me, this is the best theme of hecq
trosqui monda it is
fucking haunting. shit years after i first heard it i still have to find this guy n listen to this track cause the trumpet part pops into my head
That Per Ohlin picture though. o/
HECQ is so badass! He really knows how to deal with drums and synths!
A great taste of sound and music brought me here...
It all depends on one's taste in music. This is amazing, super cool.
Hands down best dubstep track ever created.
You speak some truth! Music is only a sequence of sounds that we create an emotional attachment too.
Recently just discovered both Hecq and Tipper...loving both of their sounds!
my Favourite Playlist brought me here!
The next Aphex twin for me
I thank the person who mentioned the name of this track in the AC Revelations trailer comment section. Love this!
I remember this from one of the trailers from Assassin's Creed Revelations. Good Times.
Most mystical dubstep song I've heard!
Still blasting this in 2019
Same here, bruthah. Hecq is brilliant.
You may enjoy Broken Note as well and enduser
2022 still great
3:04 This is what you all came for. It's my tag for myself too.
Best song for a workout!!!!
I always find it amazing how a song I never heard about becomes popular cuz of Assassin's Creed. Man we're taking over!!! Vittoria Pergil Assassini!!!
AC + this song= pure awesomeness
The Assassins creed trailers always lead me to such good songs! First "Genesis" by Justice, then "We Want War" by These New Puritans and now this!
This is what i call good music. Big ups to hecq and ubisoft for using it in their trailer for A.C.R. Just added a New artist to search for music from.
Great music to test the headphones.
Don't Cha just love when a Song that no even knew or barely knew gets used into a Game's Trailer or Teaser and becomes so Popular? I Did, cuz of this song. :3
best dub i've heard in a decade. roooooooootzno such thing as a 2 step 4 bar. love HecQ
BEST DUBSTEP EVER!
Listening with good speakers with good bass makes all the difference.
Whole track is fantastic but from 4th min... Holy HECQ, I love you...
omg this song had twice lesser number of views yesterday
but be honest...this cool song and artist hecq would be anonymous if there wasn't great assassin's creed series
I'm here because assassin's creed and i will always be :)
Its like water dubstep (never mind for its the best dubstep song ever , I think I will need to spent more than 39 years to change my opinion)
Best dubstep song ever made.
Period.
@Gurjot1995

A trailer bringing fans of both the music and the game together.
Adoro ! Saudações de São Paulo, Brasil !
in the ACR trailer that uses this song, i love when Ezio beats guards on the ground, this game is becoming very violent, like i love ! :D
i remember as a kid watching assassins creed revelations gameplay trailer and the trailer and song combo made me almost cry when i was 8-9-10. its just that i saw ezio trying to follow altairs footsteps and that made me sad cuz i knew how the ezio story ended.
I want to learn to speak german, just so I can talk to this guy.
i wanted to find this for years finally i found it 2 months ago
0:24 i want this heavenly scene for like 10 hours
im glad games bring me to songs like this. if not i would never have heard genesis by justice or iron by woodkid.
These new puritans
woodkid
bears in heaven
and now this damn the AC dev team have an amazing taste in music :D
Thanks. Finally, i could read a comment written by a grown-up. I'm still 13 but I think the same way as you...
this song gives me chills
Assassins creed revelations...
Love that intro
Music is art. No Art form is better than the other, it is only being liked more or less.
Stop comparing them.
Ubisoft knows what music to use. Another fantastic AC trailer!
Reminds me Front Line Assembly;,,GoOd Work
totophe68000 you should check out hecqs remix of FLA - Prototype, it's killer
Michael Pinchpoint hecq remixed FLA....I need to hear this
I still remember the first time I heard this, on an assassin's creed trailer.
Im discovered the work of this artist with "spheres of fury". He is talented, no doubts and I apreciate in general his music style.
So passati più di 6 anni e ancora ascolto sto cazzo di CAPOLAVORO!
this is what you do, grab some headphones, and turn it up all the way. EPIC!!
when i discovered this song, this YT page was ~17, 000 views. now ACR used it, it's around 45, 500 views ^^
Fantastic!!!!!!
Weird how Assassin's Creed finds the greatest songs ever and afterwards they become dead popular... First Iron by Woodkid and now this!
These dubly-wubs are DEVINE!
for some reason it REALLY matches the new Assassin's Creed's trailer.
This is seriously Great
So glad to find him :))
Yessssuh industrial grime right here
this song is EPIC
Such a beautiful song...Heard it afters seeing the AC trailer, but it reminds me of things more than that, it has a sort of transcendence feel.
The logo immediately made me realize this music is great for fragging
I've had a REVELATION. This song is F^*%$&$ing incredible.
I think because dubstep can be so varied and versatile the genre classification can get hazy, I can usually tell if somethings dubstep by the beat pattern. Usually a one-two beat if you get what I mean?
I want to hear this in the trailer of a live-action Assassins Creed movie. It would sell. I hope to hear more from Ben.
We did get the movie, though.
and it wasn't so great
this track is timeless though, came back after 10 years. Still fresh as nothing else.
Sura, Assassin's Creed Revelations will make you popular...
TOOK ME AWHILE TO FIND YOU BROTHA... BADASS
I've never played assassin's creed in my life nor would I be bothered to watch the trailer but I could see how this song would make people want to buy the game lol.
Cannot get enough. Love you, dude ❤
This had 17,000 views on the day the Assassins Creed trailer came out, four weeks later, now over 72,000!
the beginning is the best part... it would be more like hecq to keep that soft and relaxing intro going for 10mins
I knew this song already but when i heard it in the acr trailer i was like Awesome!
one of the few dubstep tracks I like, cause it reminds me of Xanopticon teehee
this song needs more views than that!!!
i´m glad assassins creed brought me here!
Assassin's creed doesn't brought me here, I came here because I like this music.
AC Revelations! Great song!
@driezzy yeah mate, i was glad someone pointed it out
Saw this in the Creed trailer- don't like Creed but I LOVE THIS SONG!
This track is 145bpm (dubstep typically being 140ish) . DnB ranges from 160bpm to 190bpm+. So you were right, this track is considerably slower than DnB. Hope that helps.
thumbs up if you like both AC universe & Dubstep ... the brilliance of 2 magnificent worlds coming together mm :)
ubisoft + dubstep = big love :)
i finished revaltions by the time this song had finished
LOVE IT LOVE IT!
Iron - Woodkid; You Do You - Bear in Heaven. Now this song! :D
what a story!
This could be a good thing. I don't think art needs a clear definition because so many amazing things have been made in the process of trying to find it. If we find it then all variation drops. Can't let that happen.
MY FREINDS LIKING OF DUBSTEB BROUGHT ME HERE TO THIS MAD SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing....
*Phone rings*
Hecq: Yes?
Ubisoft: You're welcome
