Thank you for addressing this. Many people wonder how I can possibly travel with multiple chronic pain conditions...if they knew the mental anguish and physical agony it can cause! But we live on two continents so travel is a necessity. We always book bulkhead seats on flights and I book massages on layovers and the day after flying. Though pain is a constant fact, I refuse to allow it to define and rule my life. I do go through fear avoidance phases, though.
