Evergreen Lodge Yosemite is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking to check out Yosemite National Park! They are about 8 miles from the West entrance of Yosemite and super close to the Hetch Hetchy reservoir. You can stay in a cabin, but we chose to do the glamping in Yosemite option....we stayed in one of their custom camping couples tents, which is a great option if you are traveling on a budget to Yosemite and you either can't find a campsite that is open OR you don't have all the camping gear but still want a camping experience!

I would have jumped off that rock. Those falls looked so pretty and it would be magical. I'm kind of into the idea they already had the tent all set up for you and ready to go. It really takes some of the work out of camping. That looks like a great pool area too.
Yes! It’s so nice to not have to worry about setting up camp or, in our case, even owning all that gear bc we don’t have any so to invest in all that without knowing how i felt about camping would’ve been maybe not smart hah

Thank you! Actually they are open now but you do have to get a reservation in advance, however now is the time to go they are only letting in 20% occupancy so it’s pretty empty! The next video we will be exploring inside the park!

Oh! yes loved your withdrawal symptoms when you first laid eyes on the tent and the rest of the rural facilities. Liberal amounts of booze seemed to see you thru the night.
A grizzly or two scratching on the tent would have truly added to the outdoorsy atmosphere.
Haha! I should’ve picked up my camera at 6:30 am the next morning....there was a woodpecker right over our tent and wood chips were literally raining on our tent 🙈 missed opportunity for sure!
Girl my husband tried to take me camping ones and I said absolutely not I will only camp if we stay in a cabin I’m all about Glamping I cannot suffer because when you have a husband and one child you’re doing everything so I refuse to count that way but that was fun that you did that... also when you’re 42 and you’re pre-menopausal you can’t be in the heat lol
Whew I feel ya if I had kids being in a tent would be a hard no lol. That’s way too much to handle!!!! I really can only camp like this if there’s actual bathrooms/showers to use lol. That’s where i draw my line

I'm with you, I'm not an outdoor person. I thought Glamping was totally different than what they rented to you.
There’s all different kinds of glamping! Some people consider even staying in a cabin to be glamping but it can also be staying in an RV, a yurt, a treehouse...this is glamping essentially bc the campsite is already prepared for you and you’ve got all their resort amenities right there to enjoy
I want to camp outside so bad but am scared of bugs and bears!!!
There apparently aren’t many bears here but as long as you keep your food stored away properly it keeps them from coming over and bothering you. The bugs however. Different story. 😂 we didn’t have much of an issue with bugs tho!
