And, because this was produced in 1989, the same false history regarding Raymond Burr's marital history is given.

I’ve seen most of the Perry Mason television series episodes(although I’m a relatively recent fan, I knew all the tidbits, i.e, Gardner’s strict script/character control, Mason’s losses, Bill Talman’s arrest), but never any of the movies…I can’t wait to see Perry and Della finally share a kiss!!! I’d like to believe that they were truly in love!
