    I cannot say that I have much respect for Silverstein. His overriding passion is making money, and toward that end he will stop at nothing to do that. When the Twin Towers were destroyed he tried to double his insurance payout, insisting that insurance companies were bound by policy terms that considered the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks two separate events for insurance purposes ($7 billion dollars, not $3.5 billion). In 2004 he lost his court case.

      World renowned Architects starting to get notice on their 50s and 60s this guy made an impact at a young age, love him his one of my favorite architects when studying in architecture school

    You call it "great"? Great was Zaha Hadid. This guy make things soo mediocry. In severall years many of this places would be so ugly as DDR architecture. HELL NO
