Staples for a puppy bed?! You can't be serious.... Puppies chew on everything and if he swallows the staples he might die from it.... 😢
Not safe to make a puppy bed using staples, if that's what you intended with the sweater. If he chews on the sweater and ingests any of those staples, they could kill him.

My year old puppy would rip it to shreds. She's destroyed puppy beds and caves, toys etc. I don't know why she does it, but we love her so much and don't buy anything that she can rip apart.

I love the sweater idea into a puppy bed. Gotta do it for my toy silky Terriers! Hand sown for my fur babies. This husband obviously didn't sow. It's the thought that counts, out of his love!

Please take the staples out of the sweater and sew it properly. Puppies will mouth/chew anything they cN get ahold of and those staples could prove life-threatening if he invests them.

He should have made it out of one of his own, or gotten something old of hers and sewn it on the a dog bed, if it was for her smell to be on it. He should never have used staples, that poor puppy could choke on them, or they could perforate the poor puppies intestinal tract etc. Not very smart at all.
