Hopefully all of the parents on the fence or negative about the whole aspect will see this. There's some people that are good enough to make it but they're held back by their parents.
Really beautiful to see dads n moms support their kids careers! Makes me happy cause growing up I was in the 1% of racers in any racing sim type game, and my parents basically forced me to stop playing so much and just focus on getting a boring regular job. I'm sure this is how it is for most. So this is truly inspiring. And now I'm a dad. I hope my kid is gonna be a pro in RL lol Lord knows i'm an SSL stuck in D2 ;)
Hearing how Squishy and Justin's dad talking about what Justin would need just sounds both believable and comedic in a way. Love these extra videos. I think one of the biggest shocks parents are getting when they are getting game culture exposure by going to their child's events they realize how genuinely supportive the community is to all the up and coming players. Older players, casters, fans, etc all showing excitement at seeing these young lads finally making LAN appearances. The parents get to witness that first hand and I'm sure its super reassuring to them to not only see that first hand but meet the other parents who may have had similar doubts and questions about the whole ordeal. LAN does real wonders for everyone choosing to get involved
This is the video that validates esports. Right here. hearing it from the parents themselves. Sure, 99.9% of us wont go pro, but to give your kids a chance.. WOW.
this is the best content. watching these parents support their children is amazing. it has been incredible to watch and grow with these players, and it’s gonna be very strange to watch in a few years and think about how much these young pros will have matured and influenced new generations.
All I want for people with parents this supportive is to know that far from everybody would ever get that level of support and I just really wish nobody would ever take that for granted
Going pro is something I have been very interested in since around 2019 and I’m always talking about my favorite pro players (app Jack, jstn) and my mom and dad are starting to see how much I’m interested in it. We plan on going to worlds thing season and I want to show them just how much rl means to me.
This was beautiful. I am an older gamer now, which is weird to type out but I remember sneaking away to practice halo 1 to try and take down our local tournament. I'd dream of being Walshy or Tsquared. I can't even fathom having parents this supportive. Totally made me cry watching this.
It's crazy that RL online and even trading is so toxic! Yet live events everyone is genuinely nice 👌🏻 props to all the parents who gave their children a chance 🔥
well maybe its because they arent anonymous? everyone can act tough when your name is xX_demon_slayer_420Xx, now put your real first and last name and a pic of yourself, you probably wont talk shit.
If only I'd been born a few years later with a bit better talent, I could've been a pro gamer. Sadly, my parents hated video games, and I was just "barely above average" at every game I wasted my life on. Now, I'm a college educated businessman in an empty husk who hates my job, and lives only to play video games. Nothing but respect for those who were able to make their love for video games a true career.
@@stermluy12462 I know bro. I legitimately don’t like calling Arsenal a snake because I haven’t heard his pov and how he’s feeling. Like everyone just hear Retals and calls Arsenal bad stuff. I called him a snake so people would think I was cool but now it seems more cringy than cool tbh
@@dekallarmigsvartapantern8686 yh we don't know the full story of what happen. However most of retal/ssg fans started blaming arsenal even tho he might of did it for a reason a good one.
It is bad the parents are this passionate about video games, BUT if Esports can become the norm then it won't be, im worried that will take a while though :(
So sad that Asian parents do not support this at all...... Like if they say '' Ok u have 1 month to prove your case ' it would have been much better.....But they think playing video games is stupid. Harsh truth is that I , as an Asian cannot even put required number of hours because of being scolded.
this video doesn't age well because of the retals shit. him talking about having a connection to daniel and crying and shit. SSG is treating him so unprofessionally

That ending bit 😂
Top 1% is nothing in comparison and you shouldn’t expect to to go pro in any game at top 1%

Retals parents are so wholesome
Retals’ dad had more fans than SSG as a whole
The only bad thing I can say about this video is that it's not longer. This is amazing. I'm so happy this was put together.
parents refering to their own kids as their gamertags kinda warms my heart actually
It's great even though that kids have these passions in life as gamers their parents still are very supportive to them
This is the video that validates esports. Right here. hearing it from the parents themselves. Sure, 99.9% of us wont go pro, but to give your kids a chance.. WOW.
one of the greatest pieces of motivation in terms of going pro - sincerely, a bubble player.
The parents are the reason the crowd is shaped to day like it is. Especially Retals Dad
They need to warn us before playing the jstn goal, it gave me shivers
This was an amazing video. I wish it was an hour long. Please do more like this
I feel bad for Daniel, he's literally just a kid caught in between all this roster change bs. I hope he has a strong backup from his family.
He’s part of the change of retals. Arsenal and Daniel chose to kick him, it wa s the players not like the coach or somthing.
