Nothing could stop you if you determined. Years ago I was thrown out of the school because I was very poor in studies. My teachers said I would end up as a labourer. I wanted to speak English fluently and everyone made my fun. I took this as a challenge and cut off from everyone. Years later today I work in an MNC and also help people learn English. I help them so that they don't face the challenges which I had grappled with. And all those who used to laugh at me, are still there where I left them. Practice is the key.

Again there are 2 errors. How can I improve? 1. Letter I should be in caps always. 2. Not this small errors, it's supposed to be not these small errors because you have used "errors" not "error"
3. Errors which have been rectified not which has been rectified because has is used for singular not plural.
These are minor mistakes. So overall your communication is good. Hope you don't mind that I corrected your mistakes. I am an English teacher.
