PSU fan here, I'm so impressed by the composure and character shown by the Nebraska team and Cook. It's so heartbreaking losing matches like this, especially for the seniors it's all the emotions of realizing it's your last time playing with your teammates and coming to an end earlier than you like. So for these women to dry the tears and face the cameras the way they do here -- they are inspiring to the next generation of girls (and boys) -- it's great for the sport to see this level of sportsmanship and character. Cook's incredible success at Nebraska has been great for the sport of volleyball. They deserved to win as much as PSU but PSU had a little more at the end.

Why would they lol... they just won B1G for two years in a row. Be in final four 2 times in a row and was runner up last year. If that's a curse, then maybe i dunno anymore. And their NIL is probably the highest anywhere in the country. They lost the game by 2 points in every last of the three sets. They gonna bounce back next year

I won't be surprised if harper, bergen and andi hit the transfer portal. Again I won't be surprised if john cook retires after 25 years. Nebraska just seems to be cursed so I won't be surprised at all.
