10 years of hip pain and I did not know my tibia 🦴 was stuck in external rotation. Because of my ankle restrictions. Years of pain and you helped me out. Thank you so much for this video. I’m not even in cheer lol it looks amazing. Just simple walking hurt me but this helped a lot. Thank you so much
Hello ! I’m in cheer I did this , how do I get the tibia and femur to feel aligned again ? It just feels like maybe the tibia isn’t where it’s supposed to be now. Does rotating it internally make it stay there? Does it go too far internally? How would I find the neutral position for it after this
Hi! I really need help on my backhandspring. My legs are like two feet apart and I’ve tried so many things to keep them together but I just can’t. Please help!
I have athletes hold a napkin between their feet during spotted back handsprings as well as handsprings on the tumble track or on the boulder mat. They do this drill every time we work handsprings until they no longer need it.
@@DrTravisOwens thanks! What if that doesn’t work? I’ve tried something similar. Also I’m self taught so it has to be things I can do on a air track or matress
