Since Marvel Zombie takes place in A.U's aka (Free Space and Full of Plot Hole) & Don't ask questions even if does not make since with their Powers & etc.
Just fyi, sense the F4 came from the Ultimate Universe, its actually very likely that Version of Ben "is" in fact stronger that that Universes Hulk. Not to mention if the writers were willing to, they could go a far as to say that Zombie Hulk is just naturally weaker than normal Hulk, simply do to his "Decay" especially when its proven healing factors don't work. It only makes sense that the decay of muscle tissue would make anyone weaker and the decay of brain tissue could explain how a Zombie got "knocked out" LMFAO 🤣 but either way these alternative story's are awesome and I love the freedom writers get to make these off the wall storylines. 10/10 - IGN
