This is definitely one of the most interesting Marvel Zombies tales by far. Crazy to think 616 was this close to being infected; almost as bad as 1610, but we all know the fate of that universe.
Tell me about it! I honestly had not read much of Marvel Zombies 3 or 4 until making this video and I was blown away at how good they were!

@@ryebread117_ I don’t think strange has much as a zombie past his appearance with kingpin but I know he was one of the resistance fighters at the beginning so there could still be a good bit to see with him
@@nathanos2615 I figured this was the furthest we'd see him go. Wish they would have gone deeper with Strange. Even if he could only cast two spells, I think the fact he can cast at all is impressive.

There's a few zombie heros and villains that I'm having a hard time believing are zombies.
One thing I learned after reading a bunch of classic Man-Thing comics is that at least three out of the 4 Florida heroes that Zombie Deadpool fought started off in the pages of Man-Thing. The Conquistador is a resident of a hidden village where the Fountain of Youth is located where they originally couldn't leave the village but it seems that has been retconned so he is an immortal (can't age) conquistador who was immune to the virus because the waters from the fountain flowed through his veins, though he could still be ripped to pieces. Jennifer Kale was a frequently recurring character that actually had a bond with the Man-Thing and started out as a normal girl playing at magic but was destined to become a very powerful sorcerer which she eventually became. The Aquarian is the most interesting here because he is actually one of the many Superman clones Marvel has made over the years, where his story is that his father mistakenly thought his planet was going to blow up so devised a way to save his son though he was actually wrong and his government executed him before he could cause panic but wasn't able to stop his son from being launched into space where he ended up in the Florida swamps. I forget if he was rapidly aged or simply grew up in his pod but he basically spent his childhood all the way to adulthood in the craft that carried him to the planet, not interacting with anyone until he was accidentally freed by Man-Thing where the Aquarian, with his under developed mind, assumed Man-Thing was his mother at first...a pretty weird comic. From reading the wiki, Aquarian shows up now and then and eventually does gain actual adult intelligence and maturity but he started out as an under developed man baby Superman pastiche in the Man-Thing comics.
Honestly made me appreciate this short lived team in MZ 3 because I now understand who most of these people are. I just don't know who the cyborg dude is or if he had anything to do with Man-Thing prior to being on this team. Also didn't realize it before but I think they were attacked in the shack that Man-Thing, as human Ted Sallis, was working on the serum that ended up turning him into Man-Thing so pretty much filled with call backs from his old comics.
You should do a video talking about the zombies with way smaller roles, like they pretty much just had small cameos. For example, we see Black Cat before and after she becomes a zombie, but she doesn’t have any lines. Even some more important characters as zombies have small roles, like Winter Soldier and Howard the duck. Just a thought, I just love your videos and marvel zombies so much!

Would the Morbius of the Marvel Zombies universe also technically be a jiang shi, as well as Dracula, and all of the other vampires that exist in that reality, if they were infected by the zombie virus from Sentry?
If they ever have him in the animated series I think he should be a resistance fighter his Healing factor should be WAY too strong as it’s always killing his Cancer the virus should be no different. Also at the same time Deadpool taking out Zombies is just good fun.

I can't be sure about the October 1973 reference but that was the month and year that "Hippie" culture was deemed to have become mainstreamed pop culture with the Dead concert in upstate New York.
One of the most Identifiable anthems of the culture was the song "Age of Aquarius" from the musical Hair.
The song lays out some of the beliefs of the Aquarian who believes that we were entering a new cosmic age of unity and cosmic awareness.
Basically what we now call "New Age" spiritualism which became very trendy at that time.

These people who don't really change as zombies venom and morbius like what is the point of turning them they literally do exactly what they been doing before they turned and morbius is kinda a real vampire now since he is dead and all.
