Thanks for the tutorial, it works on windows 10 as well. I never had this kind of a problem, but the regedit structure is the same under windows 10 enterprise 21H2. This type of a problem may occur after updating windows not with the built in windows updater.

Hey I access Local group policy editor from using gpedit.msc from the run prompt, however, I saw in the video he access it by typing group policy in the run prompt so why is it working differently from each other

when i go to regedit,i din found the diss allow folder and in group policy it is not configured,then what should be the other cause of getting this error??? i am getting this error when m opening a folder from a user profile,the same folder is opened from administrator.

Um I found both methods but when I tried to open the group policy it gave me the error
it didnt tell like in the video tells just your program was cancelled for this it works

Thanks A lot, Cmd and PowerShell were not opening, fixed by the 1st Registry method: deleting DisallowRun Then restart the PC :) found it in here:
