    This is true. My uncle is the most educated person in our family, and his thirst for knowledge never ends. In his free time during lockdown, he did an online homeopathy course and would give advice to all the family members constantly on calls to take care of themselves. I used to be really stressed about my health because I couldn’t take long walks or go to the gym. He taught me this aasan and a few more exercises to stay fit during that period. Not only that, following his advice, not even a single member of our family got sick during the lockdown. I am not against protein shakes and gyms, but I feel like yoga still remains the most beneficial fitness mantra for all Indians. Everyone should include yoga asanas in their routine.

    I do this after almost every meal... I love it... I don't feel bloated... I feel light ... I don't feel lethargic.. it's great but don't expect quick weightloss...

    I have been doing this asana since the age of 11 or so till date twice after meal....religiously...dont know how much hv I benefitted from it....but I try not to skip or miss it..😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤

    I have been doing this aasana for a week, yes it is true. It helps to increase blood flow to abdominal organs and speed up the digestion and other benefits as you mentioned.

    I don't know about digestion related benefits but somebody told me to do this asana daily for benefits in my running exercise, and it does surely help by strengthening your ankle and calves.

    I have taken fitness as a new year challenge. For Jan month, I'm following intermittent fasting in a 20:4 fasting : eating window.
    One meal at 2:45pm and next at 6:45pm. 3 litres of water, and good small snacks in the eating window. Struggled a lot for 4 days. Later got used..

    Thank you soooooo muchhh! Honestly, i searched lot of videos few months ago for vajrasana but never got the remedy.. I mean, whenever i try do it, i can't, due to my feet pain.. Today, accidentally, i came across this video and you suggested to put the pillow in between the feet and hip, that worked!!!! My pain reduced! Thank you so much, i had tried the pillow case before as well, but i used to do vajrasana directly on the pillow, means i used to put pillow below the feet, but that didn't work.. I thought, vajrasana is not for me.. But tthank god, you saved me out!!!

    Salaat (namaz) or prayer as commanded by Allah Almighty, is the best way to attain physical relaxation and spiritual purity. Believe me, I have done this for about 40 years.

      As for teaching professors, anyone can teach anyone. Knowledge is not confined to the learned or aged. Even a child can be gifted with knowledge.

      No that's not an asan... You have to maintain a proper posture while keeping the pressure on your stomach bowels and concentrating on your inhale and exhale and maintaining the required rhythm on breaths as well... Only then it will work

      It is true ! Please lookup online or visit any mosque in the world every one every where do the Muslim prayer at the same time 5 times a day. Also please lookup how to do it, it’s complete procedure is Yoga which is good for body with perfect balance of Meditation, while you perform all the moves. Along with blessed words from Quran… look up for videos on water when you recite Quran and freeze water and see how beautifully the water looks through the microscope. Hope you will get to see it. 🙏

    this is impossible 😮
    I do this after meal 20min and I definitely this it helped my stomach feel lighter and not as sore as when walking or cycling, and of course it take less time than before. It only took 20 minutes, I even practiced it in the dawn and was able to detox my body better 😮❤❤
    It works like a magic ❤❤

    i broke My knee when I started vajrasana. My left leg pains permanently, and nerve became weak. while sitting on commode started numbness.

    My dadi use to do this everytime! And she didn’t know that it’s a yoga pose! She would sit like this for hours at times
