This is true. My uncle is the most educated person in our family, and his thirst for knowledge never ends. In his free time during lockdown, he did an online homeopathy course and would give advice to all the family members constantly on calls to take care of themselves. I used to be really stressed about my health because I couldn’t take long walks or go to the gym. He taught me this aasan and a few more exercises to stay fit during that period. Not only that, following his advice, not even a single member of our family got sick during the lockdown. I am not against protein shakes and gyms, but I feel like yoga still remains the most beneficial fitness mantra for all Indians. Everyone should include yoga asanas in their routine.
I do this after almost every meal... I love it... I don't feel bloated... I feel light ... I don't feel lethargic.. it's great but don't expect quick weightloss...

Thank you soooooo muchhh! Honestly, i searched lot of videos few months ago for vajrasana but never got the remedy.. I mean, whenever i try do it, i can't, due to my feet pain.. Today, accidentally, i came across this video and you suggested to put the pillow in between the feet and hip, that worked!!!! My pain reduced! Thank you so much, i had tried the pillow case before as well, but i used to do vajrasana directly on the pillow, means i used to put pillow below the feet, but that didn't work.. I thought, vajrasana is not for me.. But tthank god, you saved me out!!!
My father used to do this when i was kid, and seeing him I started doing too now everywhere i sit, i got the habit of sitting like that even now on chair I'm sitting like that

No that's not an asan... You have to maintain a proper posture while keeping the pressure on your stomach bowels and concentrating on your inhale and exhale and maintaining the required rhythm on breaths as well... Only then it will work

this is impossible 😮 I do this after meal 20min and I definitely this it helped my stomach feel lighter and not as sore as when walking or cycling, and of course it take less time than before. It only took 20 minutes, I even practiced it in the dawn and was able to detox my body better 😮❤❤ It works like a magic ❤❤
