aside from the fact the background noise is still heard, It sorta does add an effect to the triggers you did, usually asmrtists have a microphone which u can't hear their movements nor the backgound noise.Due to the Noise-Proof cover of the microphone.(I guess) but I'm surprised at how long u went on without talking, with my terrible memory i'd probably have forgotten it by the 1st minute and start talking 😂
