I love Vitoria-Gasteiz -- such a charming city. The Fiestas de la Virgen Blanca in August are amazing. Everyone gets dressed in traditional clothing, the Plaza de la Virgen Blanca is filled with people, the streets are alive with music. I can't wait to go back!
