Thank you for the thoughtful video. I think it has the potential to increase folks' conscientiousness; which is a kind service. Personally, having been diagnosed with Chrons+, and felt the gamut, and I prefer to stick with the 'benefit of the doubt' with peoples intentions.... which you made mention of many times. Whether concern about what I'm eating, asking how I'm doing, making suggestions about second opinions, or whatever.... I appreciate the consideration and try to respond in an educational way, if I think they lack perspective. It's not anyone's fault that we all intersect with different history that informs our understanding, or lack thereof. So, I perceive it as a challenge to remove my emotions & pains from the equation and have an edifying exchange, to add angles to my own perception, and perhaps theirs. We all are learning & growing. When it gets too exhausting 'soul building', or if I'm too unwell, I try and just take breaks and let everybody know "I'll be back". And, I choose to be 'good' even when my body is screaming, and my eyes are crying because, I am more than this body, there is always someone worse off to pray for, and I still have too many blessings to count. My faith has guided my approach. Anyway, I subscribed. It's interesting & helpful to hear more experiences ♡. I hope you enjoy many wonderful years. X

You are an angel 💛✨
I love the “go carnivore” advice for my Crohn’s. Same advice they gave my mom before she got colon cancer.
I know! Of all things “vegetables are the problem” is a really…. interesting take
