I would see more value in providing himself the income he would accept, and enough for a helper, a cupboard full of spare clothes for the children, a washing area, a kitchen and money for fruit etc, and a first aid box. And some things like hoops and balls and seats, and money to provide assistance for those who are disabled ... If that is what HE WANTS FOR THEM ... But most definitely not to westernize what he is doing with more formal and restrictive structures and definitely not a clinic to "sanitize" and interfere in the way he is teaching them. They are happy, in touch with the earth, surrounded by companions and love, from their friends and this humble man, and being purposefully instructed in strong moral values.
If the numbers have grown to 300 then yes it is an enormous task for one man. But God does not give what cannot be handled. And now that he has done what he feels he can about the situation, and nobody in his area has responded, then having spoken out and asked for assistance, God will very likely ensure that it arrives.
I do find it disappointing that after 23 years that the parents of those he has given his life up for could not have given each a very small amount of money regularly or food or clothes into a collection or come to this place and built on a washing area and a kitchen space. How many of them attend church yet have done nothing to assist this godly man ?
A man with an imposible vision shares his humanity with the less privileges. May God bless him and the children!
