Great video and I’m not trying to worry you but if those health metrics are yours you’re walking stability being just okay and your heart rate occasionally being too high or too low may need to be checked, Can I suggest that you ask your doctor to give you an ECG to check your heart, you may potentially have SVT. It’s manageable with medication but you need to know what’s going on. Sorry if I’m overstepping as a viewer but as someone with SVT myself I just worry about other people going through the same things if your doctor is unsure of treatments ask for a referral to a cardiologist, Obviously if the metric of 150 beats that I saw wasn’t a resting rate and you were exercising then you’re probably fine but when you checked your pulse and it was around 100 when you were just sitting down it shouldn’t be that high, I’m probably wrong anyway, but just take care of yourself. And I’m glad your telling people about all these health metrics it’s very important for all of us to take care of our health 👍
You didn't mention HRV. You should also point out that heart rate and wrist temperature are very dependent on proper strap tension - too loose and they can be way off.
6:06 What? Bedtime at 1:05 AM? No no no, that not good for your heath. And only 6 hours of sleep time? That’s bad too. Better follow the guidance of the Apple CEO: bedtime at 8:00 PM, wake up at 4:00 AM and an amazing 8 hours of sleep time. 🙂
Please please enable the English audio track in other countries. These automatically generated voiceovers are terrible. At least the option to switch back to English should be there. Thank you.
With your Apple-Watch "ON" all the time (and analyzing the appropriate biometrics in realtime) - Apple may most likely also know when you have intercou.... and (with GPS "on") with whom.... Welcome: Brave NEW WORLD. But everyone needs to decide him/herself, how big the tradeoff is, between Health-Improvement and Autonomy....
Awesome video! A lot of those Health features are pretty cool! I really like the handwashing timer. I use it all the time. I also like the fitness ring. I like getting reminders when I have not stood up and moved around within the hour. I don’t wear it to bed. I tried it one time, but it would remind me to get up and stand during the night. That’s the only thing wrong with wearing your Apple Watch at night. I’m trying to get my uncle Currey to purchase an Apple Watch for himself, but he won’t do it. Maybe if I share this video with him he might be convinced. I had a colleague at work show me her Apple Watch a few years ago and that’s when I was convinced to purchase one.

@ original Audio Track is available now. Probably a RUclips bug. Thank you for all your content. Keep going ✌️
Only time fall detection goes off is while I am driving my 66 Charger. I am driving normal, 80 years old no crazy driving.

If you use sleep mode it won’t alert you to stand! It will stay quiet and dim the display until your alarm goes off in the morning!
