- I try to follow these rules as much as I can for my pottery studio. When I follow them, my work flows freely and I can be a much more creative person.

This is an exceptional video for all creatives.
Immediately got the Sachs vibe. Very good!
Brilliant. Thanks for the notes!
Thank you. Im just starting a home studio so great timing!
WOw I absolutely loved this!!
I’m a newbie, and this video was exceptional. Thank you - to be fair, all of your videos are helpful and inspiring
I love your commitment to your work. I equally love your reward system! But I'm wondering where you fit in playtime, i.e. making fun things just for the pleasure of creating something new?
That’s a good question! Whenever I’m not making work for an order, I’m making whatever - this just helps me to take my job seriously and not treat it like a hobby.
Excellent video! Thank you!!
Simple seeming tasks! It's taken me years to quickly clock the flawed premise of the "5 minute job". These days I have a better (not perfect) "woah there, that's not true" knee jerk reaction any (most?) times I believe something is a 5 minute job... Seems simple, can't rush it, give it time.
Lovely advice all round that you've shared here. It's rich. It's deep. It's basic. It's so basic that it takes real care and attention to do it well.
So yeah, nice. Thank you.
Thank you!
I am very guilty of saying to myself ‘let me just quickly do XXX before I go home’ and I end up staying at the studio 2 hours later than anticipated 😅
❤
Great video! Please can you recommend which dust masks to use? 🙏
Any well fitting mask that is rated to FFP3 or n95 - aka anything rated for use with silica particles.
@@MaeCeramics @aliceachache I highly recommend a 3M P100 mask for ultimate protection. Love your lungs, get them the best.
wow. This was beautiful and helpful to watch. Thank you.🤍
