I think the armadillo should roll fully into Block instead of its arms and head poking out, because the underbelly and the head are it's weakest and least protected body parts. But mostly because I want to keep the armadillo in a constant state of fear.
In my opinion, armadillos should be tougher and I don't know why but I dream of a metallic sound when you hit them, hope they make armodillo like shulkers at least well protected and tough

I get the feeling that they will consider spamming armadillos for infinite scutes as a bug, which is probably for the best imo. I am guessing they will probably put a timer on each armadillo, during which time it can only produce a limited amount of scutes. I also think they will probably add some sort of protection to armadillos while they are curled up, or at least not be able to give scutes while curled up.
You guys didn't test it in survival; it wears the brush's durability FAST. From a brand new one, it only took 5 uses for the brush to completely break.
Edit: Maybe I shouldn't have stopped before reaching 2:50....

I didn't know about the brushing scute feature. I ended up creating an allay with scute to collect them for me. They seem to drop scute with the same frequency as chickens lay eggs. Also, after doing some testing, armadillos are apparently not afraid of the Warden. Not that balling up would help much with that....
You could hook a chicken, drowned, and bamboo farm into a crafter to craft infinite brushes for infinite scute.
The parity updates be scaring me. I need my trident killers 😭and I like bedrock combat. Offhand would be nice. I don’t really care about map banners. Just let me keep trident killers. Never fix that.

I imagine that the infinite scute is a bug. It's probably something like wool that will take time to come back, which means you can most likely set up a similar farm to the wool farm.

Ngl I feel like you could make a infinite brush farm using a crafter. hook it up to the scute (idk how to spell it) farm and get wolf armor infinitely without having to do anything.

Problem is the mob in question has no reason to exist since the mechanics could've gone to the sea turtle since it doesn't have any good uses
@@EmperorPenguin1217 While I do see your point I don't necessarily agree with it fully. While yes the turtle could have been used to implement this feature it would have seemed a bit strange. The turtle already serves it's own functionality in the game (albeit not a really useful one tbh) but it still has it's own unique use. We had the opportunity to vote in a new mob that has the functionality of wolf armor and the way I see it the armadillo would be a better mob for it than the turtles considering it's size, shape, colour, etc. So in conclusion I don't believe that it would have been a smooth addition developer wise to use the turtle as a source of wolf armor considering how it already has its own use and the theming of the turtle would not fit the concept of wolf armor. (Sorry for a long paragraph I just wanted to say this lol, if we are going to keep talking please keep it respectable.)

Been playing this game with my son and trying to understand the terminology and gameplay. Is this armadillo mob something that is just available in the game? Or is this something that you have to download an add on for? And we play on xbox so does it negate achievements?😅
big ears is becoming common on minecraft. and im kinda tried of them trying to make the game "cute" or "for kids"
but its still a huge and good update

@@silentwisperer rip. my main problem with there game being made for kids is chat filters and player safety features. it ruins my server because you cant say anything thats even slightly bad and it ruins servers that are made for 16+. even single player worlds have this crap.

I wish the armadillo was invincible in the ball mode. Make for a good projectile with a knockback sword: (smack it into mobs to do damage)

I love how many bugs can be explained just by saying "because bedrock edition" since its just that messed up sometimes
Silent... I messed up making a really way oversized potion brewer and I don't want to redo it. I basically made most of a potion factory. I left the ingredient storage for last because I've done a million and a half storage rooms and I figured that would be the easy part.... The part I overlooked is that I have to make 2 signals into 9 signals for me to use any setup that I know that is tileable. The worst part is that my first design of my programming circuit and queue system completely bypasses this problem, but I redesigned the whole thing to work similar to how I've seen someone do it in the past because of space, speed, and cost (I am designing in creative but I want to build it in my survival world some day). Now I have a big problem that I don't have any ideas of how to solve. I just need a tileable way to turn 2 signals from one line, into 9 signals. I need to put 14 of these next to each other and run them into 14 different droppers. I am never going to have enough lingering potions in survival to make the machine work so they don't exist. Though I will eventually add a button for one brew cycle of whatever lingering potion you want, but redstone glowstone and gunpowder are all separate lines with basically as much space as I need since they are above the build. I thought of a better system for the distribution system that I still need to test, but this problem has put a big stop to my almost done project. The last potion machine your entire server will ever need. I call it the industrial minecraft meth lab. It will be able to run total chaos on repeat and never run out of potions, and it's upgradable.... Not that you would ever need to. Just need to fix this one problem and it's as good as finished.
Saying again Please make a video on how to make a wither cage(I have bedrock item) and with only one wither how we can connect basalt farm,wood farm, cobblestone farm, concrete converter etc. because we don't have TNT dupers we have to depend on wither. Please make it safe cage so wither can't escape

Did they say when these fixes will go live on vanilla? The nether gold drop rate improvement would be a welcome upgrade for me since i just built a piglin trading farm.

Not too impressed with the texture, color or animation of the armadillo nor the texture of the dog armor. Spider eyes to breed armadillos and shears to remove the armor from the dog? Swing and a miss. Kinda regretting my vote here. Oh well.
I envisioned the armor to be a bit more bulky, which would have looked cool, especially if there was a few inventory slots on it.
Have the ability to put thorns on the armor and the dog might actually be worth the trouble
