I love to watch people do this kind of thing, but I could never be that organized. I would die at the planning stage of this journal 🥲. It's too complicated, though beautiful💙
It's beautiful but looks exhausting! I like much more free hand journaling, grab any old piece of paper and make a list, or a calendar, or a chart. It ends up as a scrapbook aesthetic, and I find that freeing because I don't worry about writing things perfectly or not making mistakes. Decorated scrap paper is just as beautiful!
It was really exciting to learn you changed up your planning. I recently saw a video by Rachelle in Theory about what type of planner you are, and I realized I'm more of a weekly planner. I was struggling with weeks and months as they don't align quite well and my month planning never really worked out well for me. I really like the idea of just making a cycle of 4 weeks instead. So yeah I loved this video for some nice inspiration of a different way to plan!

I’m only 1/2 way through but I feel the need to say THANK YOU for sharing this new style. I’ve been doing monthly spreads during my monthly resets and so many times I need that next month before it’s time to lay it down. I love the idea of having 3 months at at time like this. Thank you for posting about the Archer&Olive sale. I did get a square journal. I'm quite excited as I think the shape is what I've needed for awhile. Independently, I'd decided to do a second journal for the more mundane. I think this journal may last a full year so I think I'll still do my collections in the first book

Yeah it can be a bit of a process to figure out 🤔 I ended up drawing out a table for my different journals and what I wanted them to cover/hold for me. Was helpful when thinking about what to include in this one 😊

I love the idea of fortnightly planning. The only holdup I have for implementing this for myself is that my pay schedule is 15th and end of the month I'm kind of held to a gregorian calendar 🙃 however my work also uses the Julien calendar for some things and my spiritual tracking and planning is all based on lunar cycles and astrology, so like really am I actually bound to any singular calendar 😂😅
Haha 😂 yeah that was my hang up in the idea of changing because there are certain areas of life that work better monthly/weekly/etc. but I think I’ve (hopefully 🤞) sussed a good compromise with them all 😝

It can be a bit of a challenge getting it to fit outside of monthly, yeah 😝 legit pretty much only content analytics and perk releases are left in the "monthly" category for me, and that's mainly restrictions from the platforms themselves 😅
I make zero promises, but tomorrow A&O is having a “white whale” pre-order where they bring back favourite designs. This one was really popular, so I’d check there 💪

Releases for me is about membership perks, so it’s to tell me when in the month those are coming out for Team members 💪 because those come out one-per-month or whatnot, I wanted monthly calendars so I could make sure every perk ends up in each month 😊 I’ll probably also note down any days I’m away so I make sure not to schedule any “real time” perks on those days (eg live streams). I miiiight also add in my video release schedule for the sake of completeness 🤔

I think the week numbers better indicate the progress through a year 😝 at least in my mind 👏
