I have the Etude house fixing tint in soft walnut and ginger milk tea. I’m obsessed! Soft walnut is that rosy brown shade that you like that’s similar to Bobbi Brown Italian Rose. I’m keen to try those Kaja lip and cheek tints at some point. 😊
I have several rom&nd tints and lipsticks because they’re just comfortable to wear, but decided to try the etude house fixing tint because it was on sale and the color looked like what I was looking for. It’s not my favorite. Not only it applies so well, and it doesn’t adhere to lip cracks, it fades so beautifully. With rom&nd I have several that fade leaving almost nothing behind, which I don’t mind reapplying, but when I went to reapply the etude house fixing tint, the color was still there, left the lips with a soft stain equal to the color, just without the shine. Was really happy about it. And they’re also very very comfortable, same with rom&nd, you forget you have something on.
3ce water blur tint is my favorite lip prodict EVER. I have finished multiple tubes of my top shades already. Night talk, laydown and double wind are my faves, with laydown being more of a dusty beige pink and the other 2 have a mauvey hue to them.
I love the Rom&nd juicy lasting tints, my favourite shade is jujube! I am loving the look of mulled peach! I’m going to have to give it a try and also the Kaja lip stain! Have you ever thought of trying a c beauty brand like Florasis or flower knows! Their packaging is so beautiful and the makeup is amazing quality too! Amazing video like always!! Very pleasantly surprised to see my comment featured in this video! I personally have the mini of the FEEV Hyper-fit Color Serum & it has become my favorite liquid blush (not that I own or tried many 😅)...so much that I'm ordering at least 2 more shades on the next sale. Also happy to see 2 of my fave lip products (Rom&nd's glasting balm & Etude's fixing tint) here, the shades I own are different but the ones shown here are very pretty as well, might try those sometime too. I haven't tried any of Espoir's lip products but I love their cushion foundations, particularly Be Velvet & Be Glow 💛

hello matilda! I have come across this video thanks to my algorithm. As a Korean, I would lilke to recommend a brand that is quite popular here. It is called 'LAKA', which has great glowy lipsticks (similar to romand's but with slightly more pigmentation, in my opinion) and dewy lip tints that leaves a subtle glow.
I absolutely love korean makeup!! romand and peripera really roped me into shiny tints, revently tried bbia and it was beautiful, also love etude’s eyeshadow (br404), I’ve been using it as eyeshadow, contour, and even for brows

A friend of mine went to Korea for a trip and brought me back the lily by red luv beam glow veil in 02 holy beam and it’s a gorgeous pinky highlight. It’s a powder but looks so glowing on it could be mistaken for a cream. I was so excited I bought a luv beam cheek balm from them in 03 mood rose and it’s such a good color for the autumn here in the us!!! Has worn super well on me too!

My recommendation to you would be Hera’s Sensual Powder Matte Liquid. It is imperceptible on the lips and lasts so well. Hera’s glosses are worth looking into too! A bit pricey but if you want to explore luxury K-beauty, Hera is great place to start.

(totally understand if nuances of the business/ethics behind the makeup is not your main concern. No worries 😊. But if you ever make that video, dont be surprised if it results in a messy comment section.)
My only concern.with K beauty products is that I hear they use ingredients that are considered not safe and are banned here in my country Canada for that reason. My friend is a cosmetologist and she also told me Asian nail shops often use hazardous chemicals , to specifically ask for the bio gel products.
From a 'clean' beauty point of view (part of the industry that doesn't have any set definitions or regulations, and unfortunately creates a lot of misinformation around 'nasty' or 'toxic' ingredients and 'chemicals'), that might be the case, but otherwise I'm not sure that's true when the products are able to be shipped to Canada and sold in stores there? Any salon can use harsh products, and bio gel is always a better idea than a damaging gel manicure. You'll find videos on my channel if you'd like to learn how to paint your nails at home instead! ☺️💅 x

the peripera one is truly my favorite formula, so balmy and comfortable. I had the color 01 beige menu, which is a bit of a bright coral on me (although the name says beige lol) and I used it up completely, like... scraped to the last bit. I have some other glowy liptints that I need to finish but I will definitely purchase it again, truly the best.

For J beauty , please try the KATE lip monsters! they are lightweight, moisturising! sheer but buildable and leaves behind a gorgeous, even stain that lasts through eating! I would argue they last better throughout the day than the Rom&nd juicy tints which I still really like!

APIEU also make a Juicy Pang Blusher that is more liquid (in a nail polish style bottle) the colours Fig and Guava are really nice.

My only concern.with K beauty products is that I hear they use ingredients that are considered not safe and are banned here in my country Canada for that reason. My friend is a cosmetologist and she also told me Asian nail shops often use hazardous chemicals , to specifically ask for the bio gel products.
From a 'clean' beauty point of view (part of the industry that doesn't have any set definitions or regulations, and unfortunately creates a lot of misinformation around 'nasty' or 'toxic' ingredients and 'chemicals'), that might be the case, but otherwise I'm not sure that's true when the products are able to be shipped to Canada and sold in stores there? Any salon can use harsh products, and bio gel is always a better idea than a damaging gel manicure. You'll find videos on my channel if you'd like to learn how to paint your nails at home instead! ☺️💅 x

It is more hydrating than the Fresh but honestly that's a plus for me cause aircon all day = dry lips. Clio & Peripera also have formulas like this if you're looking to try more and Romand just came out with their F/W which I recommend checking out

Including the fixing tints, Etude is one of my favourite Korean brands - their eyeshadows are amazing too, although it may be a bit pricey at times, so do be aware of that~

I also really like the polishes from the Milk Grocery line and wear them all together. They’re perfect spring shades, and I’d like to try a speckled egg pattern with them!
in love with the color story in this video ☺️ i finally tried some eyeshadow palettes by rom&nd and they’re so lovely!! i like a really minimal look so the soft matte colors in k beauty eyeshadows are perfect for me, but the glitters are so bright too! usually not an eyeshadow person but they’re so easy to use i’ve been loving them

the peripera one is truly my favorite formula, so balmy and comfortable. I had the color 01 beige menu, which is a bit of a bright coral on me (although the name says beige lol) and I used it up completely, like... scraped to the last bit.
I have some other glowy liptints that I need to finish but I will definitely purchase it again, truly the best.

So happy to see a lot of my favourites on here too! I would love to see more Asian beauty content!! For K beauty , I really recommend the AMUSE dew tints! For J beauty , please try the KATE lip monsters! they are lightweight, moisturising! sheer but buildable and leaves behind a gorgeous, even stain that lasts through eating! I would argue they last better throughout the day than the Rom&nd juicy tints which I still really like!
Mulled peach is my favorite lip tint too! But sadly it is not that popular…I’m afraid of discontinue
