    📑 Hindi po Ito naka mother title
    📄 Unilateral Deed of Sale
    (buyer is not here, but nagbigay ng SPA)
    📄 Updated po ang kanilang taxes
    (lot and House)
    📄 don’t forget your SPA from seller and buyer
    😉Magbaon ng tubig at pasensya kapag nakipag transact, medyo mahaba at matagal ang pila.☺️
