    "Estate settlement" ang pgbayad ng estate tax for the process to transfer ownership or distributing the property sa mga naiwan n family members n buhay⚖️👍db po
    Estate Tax Amnesty and Train Law ay sana mgresult n s tama on property concerns of the people particularly the family members of the deceased family member example parents, or grandparents

    Atty pwede po ba ilagay ang mga properties sa corporation para ang may ari na hindi na yung tao kundi ang corporation na

    Pano po yung patat na yung mag asawa tapos wala po silang anak ...pamangkin po ako,at ako yung nakatira..binabayaran ko naman yung tax..ano po kaya yung process na pwede mabili namin yung lot para samin na po..kasi d naman po pinamana samin.

    atty kung di po namin ipatransfer ang titulo kc wala kaming balak ibenta ang lupa na 246 sq mtr lang magbabayad pa rin kmi ang state tax nag babayad naman kami ng amilyar taon taon

    Attorney, wala pa kaming titulo, Tax Declaration lang under the name of my late father. Ang kalahati ng lupa is napamana na sa kapatid ng father ko a very long time ago at namatay na din. Ang nakatira is mga pinsan na lang namin and their children. Gusto na namin ipangalan sa amin yung lupa lalot may Estate Tax Amnesty ngayon but how?

    Good Day Atty, nakabili po kami ng hulugan na lupa. namana lang din po niya sa tatay nya. ngayon po, kami daw po magbabayad ng estate tax. 6% po ba ng current value ng lupa ngayon o 6% ng value ng lupa bago ipamana sa tagapagmana? please enlighten me atty. thank you po

    Hello po sir, Gusto ko lang po sana mag tanung kung mata transper ba ang lupa na nakapangalan sakin kaso nag bigay ako nang SPA sa isang tao para i Authorized sya na makipag transaction in behalf of me, kaso nag karoon kami nang problema isinangla nya sa isang tao na wala akong ka alam alam, ma transfer ba yung lupa ko? nasa abroad po kasi ako sir, salamat po sana ma bigyan po nang kasagutan ang tanung ko.     hello po...maari po ba na mga mana ng tatay namin ang una namin bayaran sa BIR. kasi may property pa sya na conjugal na may problema pa dahil dinidispute ng isa namin kapatid ang conjugal property ng tatay at nanay ko...pero ang mga mana ni ttay sa mga magulang nya ay wala naman problema sa iba pang kapatid. Gusto ko lang malaman na kung puede na muna bayaran ang mga naiwan na property ni tatay na minana nya sa magulang. nababahala kasi kami baka kung aantakyin pa natin ang may issue na property ay aabutin pa ng mahigigt issang taon dahil matigas ang ulo ng isa kapatid ko. marami pong salamat sa tulong payo nyo.

    Atty. Gud pm po. Ang isang area na subdivided in 60s pa pero wala pang title.

      Con't. Subdivided in the 60s and started selling the lots. The owner who is an IP remarry to an IP also when her first husband died in the 60s . Its only the second husband had it titled in 1974 , eventually some buyers had their lots titled but mostly didnt process their title even until the death of the couple owner. Its only in 2016 that children of the second husband filed for heirship when one buyer approached them that he want his lot titled. He financed the EJS nd other fees but when they submit their papers for titling to ROD they were rejected coz they wanted that the 20 lots in that approved survey plan should also be processed. So the heirs approach us other buyers to process but since we have to change the deed of sale nd the heirs now as the sellers. But our problem arise when the heirs charge us signing fee per square meter. We buyers had some problems like lost of original deed of sale signed by the dead owners. Some also who were 3rd buyers or bought from 2nd owners and were not able to get the original copy of the DOS from the 1st buyer. Since we didnt agree to their demand of 1k persqmtr for those no original DOS and 1850 per sqmtr for those with no documents like DOS and payment reciepts. Since we didnt agree for their high demand we try to settle at barangay then we were endorsed to the Lupon. Now we are waiting for 2 meetings at Lupon after that these heirs will file cases . We dont know what case they will against us. We referred to some lawyers who said that they dont have the right to demand skyrocketed amount as signing fee. We can pay any amount as thank you fee .if they sue us can they eject us, coz they said they will process the title in their names. Can they do that when we live in the area from late 60s nd we are paying the realty taxes?
