+goldenblackmist Special operations units can on some missions wear civilian clothing if they chose it, Heck on some missions they are requiered to wear civilian clothing.
The main point is to not be easyli indentified, any patches or marks that can indentify the unit are aslo removed from the gear.

its either 1st SFOD-D or 5th SFG, probably with a few CIA SOG guys.
I doubt it's SFOD-D, You Dont need Devgru or SFOD-D to supervise and call in airstrikes, SFOD-D and Devgru( seal team 6 ) are the tip of the spear, they are used for extremely covert missions, I'm thinking these are probably eithere Green Berets ( as they are often used for these missions ) or maybe MARSOC as when you look at MARSOC videos from Iraq these guys have pretty mutch the exact same uniforms. i could be wrong tho, but yeh pretty sure its Army Green berets or MARSOC units.
I have a question for everyone, specially the leaders who allowed that Syrian Civil War to Escalate into a free for all. What happens when Turkish Warplanes attack the Kurds and kill U.S. Personnel imbedded with them?.
Pretty sure they have systems in place to prevent such a situation, though Turkey despises the US working with the Turks, I'm sure they're extra careful not to strike any Kurdish positions where special forces are operating
