I also recently got my 100th Pac-One victory yesterday and now I am ranked 517th in the lifetime leaderboard! That approximately puts me in the top 0.013% out of the 4 million players who have downloaded Pac-Man 99!
@@SheaN1026 in tetris people know how to set up multiple t spins in a matter of seconds. They could go for a 4 wide to clear the board. In pac man there is only so much a person can do to attack so it's much easier
As a tetris 99 player who has won near 100 times now, I do have to say, Pac Man 99 took me a far shorter amount of time to grasp and got my first win fairly quickly. For me, Winning in Mario 35 was easier but Pac Man 99 is set at s better difficulty.
I wish I'd discovered this game three months ago when it was new. The high score boards are designed so that any early bird will never be challenged, and latecomers need not apply. It's pretty deflating.
Serious question, does the speed power up shorten the amount of time you have to eat ghosts after a certain point? Towards the end of each round I noticed that his timer was much longer than mine and he didnt use the speed power up at all.
No it doesn't. Stronger will do that. Speed makes it to where your jammers are weaker for increased speed. Train makes it to where you send double jammers when munching ghost trains but receive extra jammers in return.
I'd have to disagree @anteater1818. As both a tetris 99 player and a pacman 99 player, pacman 99 deals with a hell of a lot more rng than tetris 99 does. The most you get with tetris is garbage well placement, but with pacman, there's the white jammers, red jammers, where they spawn, when they decide to come after you, what path they'll take, the amount of time the power pellet lasts is inconsistent, and then there's Clyde, whose pathing is COMPLETELY random. They amount of rng in this game is absolutely unbearable, but there is quite a fair bit of skill that's needed too. But compared to tetris 99, pacman 99 is much, much harder since you HAVE to deal with that rng, or face defeat. And again, Clyde
As someone who has won nearly 100 times in tetris 99 now, and Have on in pac man 99, I believe pac man 99 is FAR more rng based than T99. I lose plenty of times at the end because of the red things (I barely play any pac man so I don’t know what they’re called). They are very rng based purely on the spot and the timing. I think T99 is FAR more skill based but pac man 99 is so purely dependent on luck.

This game looks much easier to complete than Tetris 99
Kinda is

@@angelguerrero7850 I agree
@@jaxon-t9983 I was very good at Mario 35 as well. Sad to see it go. I wish Nintendo would bring it back

I got a Pac-One victory and declared the game conquered 3 years ago. I think I played it once more since then.
Combining this game with cursed Pac-Man could be legit if done well
Oh man this is like Mario 35 and Tetris 99 etc

@@jaxon-t9983 exaaactly. But i won't deny that there is a fair amount of skill needed to get pac one. It's just HEEEAVILY dependent on luck
@@justb862 Yea, There is definitely some skill needed, but pac man 99 is just FAR too dependent on luck for me.
@@jaxon-t9983 that's understandable. It's not a bad game, in the slightest, just extremely luck based, with a pinch of decent pacman skill needed

This is absurdly insane to try and get first place because it's like its all AI from 10th onward
@Zachary Alejandro What do you mean by AI from 10th onward? You mean people cheating? If so how?
@@kevintyrrell7409No, AI. Half of the people in these games aren’t real people. They’re CPUs. The game does this so every match has 99 players.
