I adore this home. The intimacy and simplicity of this home is beautiful. Not overwhelming yet prestigious and simple. I'm like you Danny with the decor and stone walls, especially foyer and stairway area. Very beautiful! This house was laid out great. My only flaws was a lack of restrooms. Thought it would include a half bath and a full in junior room... but it's ok I guess. Yard was beautiful too... I just wish that when you pay over a mill you would get atleast an acre, but I do know how things go now. Overall great video and keep up the good work Danny!

I may have missed it: what's the square footage & lot size? Any chance you could show or link the floor plan drawings with your videos? It would be helpful getting a better understanding of the layout & especially the room sizes.
You forget in order to afford this, you gotta make bank. Not many jobs like that here. Also, if you do have those type of jobs you are constantly working to afford the home so you might not have much time to enjoy kicking back on that nice patio. Just something to consider. The upgrades are nice on this home but I like a bigger laundry room and a stand alone bathtub in the master. Wouldn't be able to hear the outside tv over the water feature. Thanks Danny! :)
Bedrooms are small. Looks like only twin beds fit for spare bedrooms. All the closets are small. This is the first TB I’ve seen that I didn’t care for. 😞
