I love watching this channel. MY preference are new homes where each bedroom has its own en suite. I don't care for Jack & Jill's. I understand some do with young kids but, if I'm spending this kind of money, I want each person to have their own bathroom...just me!!

The square footage and layout are great; however the ceilings seem low everywhere except the entry hall. It feels like we're in a basement with all of those faux beams in the great room and kitchen. Meanwhile, the pool is lovely and the price is excellent. Thank you for another fun house tour!

Beautiful home Also love the interior design which adds a lot of warmth and yet still has the right amount of modern without going over the top and sterile. I could see myself living here.

Wonderful! The only thing I would do is add a door to the toilet area. I would've used emojis, but as usual RUclips is spelling out the emojis instead of just showing the emoji picture! Just silly RUclips!!!!!!!!!!! (Side eye!) I spelled that out myself!

I’m so happy the video is clear the picture is HD quality before my eyes would play up cause there was a lot of ghosting or something weird with the video it wasn’t good quality I stopped watching but now it’s perfect!! not sure , I think you bought a new video cam ..? Hi Danny, I'm sure you have a lot on your plate, but I would like to offer one recommendation. Create playlists for your videos that divided them up in different ways. For example, Las Vegas - single story, Las Vegas - 2 story, Santa Clarita - under 1million, Las Vegas Valley RV parking, etc This would allow people like me who are thinking of a move, to view only the videos in the area I am interested in. Keep in mind that a video could be in multiple playlists. Thanks.

House layout downstairs is great, then they forgot about upstairs, bedrooms look small no wardrobe space away from the master, and for good measure, they put carpet no one wants carpet. when you're going to spend over a million dollars certain things are expected. In the master bathroom, the tub is not in a great location and fireplace upstairs not necessary wasted space. You will sweat 😅 enough in the master without that fireplace. Great vids looking forward to the next one.
It's a okay house....Negatives...Closet space is too small and I take issue with the back splash right behind the stove....If you put a pot on the stove, especially a large one, what's gonna happen when you have to have the flame turned up on high for a couple of hours for something that has to cook a long time?.....It's gonna burn the hell out of that tile.....
The front door and stairwell does not match this home, in other words the front door and stairwell looks cheap. That's just my personal opinion, lol. Happy day.
