Good house relative to all the other weird homes we see. Only cons I see: 1. I wish the fireplaces were not outfitted with the tacky neon lighting. It’s a home not a club. 2. There should be a platform by the tub to make it easy to place items, slide in and out. Those kinds of tubs are interesting to look at, but not use. 3. The open loft area upstairs is a total waste of space. A TV would be too noisy, a desk would not be conducive to a private work space if folks had visitors, too open for a bed. Maybe a game room but that’s so specific and really defeats the privacy of the upstairs.

Love the house but it is way overbuilt for the neighborhood. Very bad financial investment, never buy the most expensive house on the block. Anyone that can afford a 3mill house won’t want to stare at a small shack directly in front of them. Not to mention the highway directly in their backyard. Great designed house, wrong neighborhood. Tough sell.
This house really is over the top! I think it would stand out in almost any neighborhood. There were actually a few buyers that were fighting to buy this home, believe it or not. Every home is going to have positives and negatives, you can't have it all, or if you do, the price will be even higher!

Haha, the house falls under Cupertino Schools and the interior is very unique and modern! Not a cookie cutter house, and it’s brand new. 3 million is actually a good deal!

Most Asians would rather buy a shack for $3M in the holy trinity: monta vista, lynbrook, saratoga than a mansion in santa clara :D
Plenty of Asian buyers in this southwest corner of Santa Clara. Nearby Cupertino High School and access to SV are other major drawing cards.
