Those programs show half the speed of the ram, like CPU-Z, I'd say they are clocking at 3200mhz already
When u say “16gb” does that mean you have 16gb or ram dedicated to the graphics of the cpu?

I get 60fps on mine 4400mhz 32gb ram 3600mhz or 4400mhz is the sweet spot for these apu.
official amd site says maximum mhz for the ryzen 7 5700g is 3200mhz bro
