@@gerardkirkpatricksanchez2121 Actually you don’t have to drag it on purpose kasi if you look at the piece, puro half notes and quarter notes sya. Di rin naman ganun kabilis yung tempo na bigay. Singers’ tendency talaga is to drag. To drag it on purpose will be a mistake kasi nawawala na yung movement ng line na intended ng composer which I didn’t hear sa performance na to.
@@choirenthusiast4545 you're right when you say half notes and quarter notes. But it doesn't mean also that it's fast right? I think we're gonna look into how the Director interprets the song and how he understands the tempo of the song. Well for me, i love the song when it is dragged. Like this interpretation. 👍🏼
Nice sound but too slow sa tempo for me. It's bravura song but it doesn't have to be slow to be bravura. Pero when you listen to award winning choirs singing AJ Consolacion pieces (e.g. listen to Madz' Signore fa di me uno strumento della tua pace, UPLB's rendition of Cast thy Burden, and UM Chorale's Pater Noster), there's a lot of movement and nilalabanan nila yung tendency na magdrag. Just my two cents. Pero ganda ng sound
The song uplifts the soul.. heart-warming.
Beautiful rendition, world-class! Congratulations, Quorista!
Wow! Love it... naninindig ang balahibo ko habang pinapakinggon ko ito... Congratulations Sir Ronnie and to Quorista.
Feeling ko'y ako ay lumilipad ng dahandahan! hahaha congrats po sir Ronnie and Quorista Family!
Very nice sops and basses.
Very beautiful, soul-stirring...
Ang galing nyo nman po...
Amazing! Fabolous!
Bravo!!! ❤️💕
This is the best interpretation i have ever heard.
Closest to the interpretation of the Arranger. ♥️🙏🏻
Too slow. Dragging.
@@anneangeles i think this is a prayer song and it is quite fascinating to hear when it's dragged. 😊

@@gerardkirkpatricksanchez2121 Prayer means talking directly to God. How is this a prayer?
This should have been a free flowing piece, nevertheless great voices. Congratulations
I agree.
