I was six when this came out.
For some reason, I never forgot this song or this group. I might even have the vinyl of it since I took custody of my uncles record collection that had been sitting in my grandparents shed since he moved to the us back in the '80s. I got them them when we were clearing things out, just before the last of them (my grandmother) passed away. I was the last person she actually remembered before she passed a couple of days later.
I always worry about getting that call to say my uncle got caught up in a one of americas daily mass 'fruitings'.
I was eleven years old.... and I still love this song! :)

@shutterbug_713 In which way coz the songs nan nan nar hey hey goodbye hook 🪝 is sarcastic (when your a kid and you'd hear kids chanting it but they definitely weren't saying goodbye ) I never chanted it BTW
