- Straight Knees Drill. Long knees (Hands off the bag).
Purpose:
- Improving precision strikes
- Balance
- Hip Flexor Strength,
- Mobility & Function.

Note: If training with heavy bag, try to keep the bag lean forward. If your bag spinning, it's mean your knee landed off from center. Stabilize your bag with the next knee and keep going.

I use this strike a lot so def gonna have to try these drills. Second one seems like a nice cool down / recovery . Do cardio n form at the same time 👍

i tried putting a baby in some tyres but my knees didnt change. am i doing something wrong? will it work better if i add more babies?
