@@kvnilxver yea I lost them at the mall at macys but I had them MY EAR and then when I put my hood down they were missing . I retraced my steps to see if I dropped them and I couldn’t find them . Probably someone stole it and idk why someone would even want to take them 💀💀
I don’t have a directions option I have a “find” option that just brings up a blurry camera and constantly says I need to move somewhere else and get better light, the option is useless and has never worked even when I had my AirPods in my hand and fully charged it still had no idea where they were

Tysm!!!! I found them !!Tip:if your AirPods are offline keep taping the connect button on them and when your close to them they’ll connect and then you can use find my to play a sound off of them to find it!!!Hope this helps!!!!

The connect button through the Bluetooth. When you search for your airpods keep clicking them to connect.

If your AirPods are out of range or need to be charged, you may see their last known location as, "No location discovered," or "Offline." You won't be able to play a sound to find them, but you may be able to get directions to the last area where they were connected.
Lets say you have the IPhone cable but you don't have the IPhone head changer can you still charger your airpods with the android head changer?

Hey I have airpod pros 2nd gen I didn’t lose my AirPods but for some reason when I use find my the sound and the find won’t work and the tracking follows me even when the case isn’t or AirPods aren’t with me
The Find My is not exclusive for AirPods alone. It is also used for all your Apple devices. So, if you are with one of your Apple devices connected to Find My, then you should expect that the tracking will follow you.

The Find My network must be turned on before the AirPods are lost in order for the Find My app to locate them. There's no way to turn it on after you've lost a device.

I was at the casino 🎰 and left them on a slot,no one has turned them in and it’s showing last location is inside the casino. And it shows it in the radar inside the casino however when I click directions it takes me to the big road it’s off of. If someone stole them and reset them would it still show me last location ? Also if they moved is there anything I can do ?

You need to make sure that you have enabled Find My for your AirPods. Make sure that you also have the latest iOS version running on your iPhone.

Why aren’t mines showing the directions feature? It only says “Find Nearby” for mines. It’s a AirPod Pro.

If you see your device's location on the map, you can get turn-by-turn directions to it. At the bottom of the screen, tap Devices, then click the name of the device you wish to get directions to. To open the Maps app, tap Directions. See Maps: Get Directions.

Me too .. not a big help,it only gives the address I did the maps EVERYWHERE in my apartment.. building.. parking lot .. etc.. never found them. Worse … I have an AirTag attached to the case but in low battery my phone can t find it … 😭 The charging box could have helped me finding the pods .. . My advice : when you AirTag tells you that the battery needs to be changed DO IT asap !if only I did !1
If it shows up on the widget, does that mean it’s within range?

Launch the Find My app, then select Devices, then AirPods. To locate one of the earbuds, use either the Play Sound or the Directions feature. Put one of the earbud to its case and wait for the map to update. When the location of the second earbud appears, utilize the Play Sound or Directions feature to find it.
@@JigxorTutorials see that’s the problem . They say teh last known location was the 10th even though I had my right airpod last friday? When I try to play the sound it pings my left airpod

Unfortunately, you cannot find it if you've never connected it to Find My.
It keeps saying will make sound when connected but it may be dead

You can't find them by playing a sound, but you might be able to get directions to where they were last connected. If they do come back online, you will receive a notification on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.

You can use Wunderfind app to locate your AirPods :) The app is free to install on your Android phone.
Only Apple products can be used to connect to the missing AirPods and then send the location to the owner or Androids can do that too?

Your Android phone can also locate your AirPods.Finding lost AirPods is easiest when you log in to your iCloud account. You must be between 30 and 75 feet away from the AirPods, have some battery life left, and have the AirPods either outside of the case or in an open case for this method to work. Open your browser on your Android device and navigate to Find My on iCloud. Enter your iCloud login information. Tap o n your AirPods. To start playing audio on your AirPods, select Play Sound.

You can ask for a replacement by contacting Apple Support.

You have to make sure that your AirPods are fully charged. Put both on the charging case for one minute afterwards, open the charging case (don't get the AirPods out of the case). When you open it, your iPhone will show the charging status of your AirPods. The charging status of the AirPods might differ so charge it until both are full. Once done, play an audio test and if it still isn't working, you can reset your AirPods (meaning you Forget the Device and connect it again) or contact Apple Support whichever is more convenient for you.

Make sure to put the right AirPod back on the case when you are locating the left one. On Find My, you also have the option to Play a Sound on either the left or right AirPods.

Assuming that your AirPods is still connected to your device, you can track it using Find My (assuming again that you have linked it before). Otherwise, it is not possible to block the person who found your AirPods when they are using it or lock it so nobody can use it. Though you can send a message through Lost Mode.

Your AirPods won't relay the location if they've run out of battery life, or if they haven't been paired with a device for more than 24 hours instead Find My will show them as "Offline" or "No Location Found."

Make sure that the AirPods case is open or at least one AirPods is outside the case. Otherwise, you can't locate your AirPods.
