When bleeding and/or flushing a cars brake system, what I find helpful is using a clear hose that can fit over the bleeder valve and a 1 gallon transparent container say from an empty windshield washer fluid container which is enough to hold a lot of brake fluid, you can drill a hole on the cap so you can put the clear hose through the hole, makes it a whole lot easier to see the fluid through the clear hose when the brake fluid runs clear with new brake fluid and is also helpful to see if you have gotten rid of all the air bubbles in a cars brake system and helps a lot to keep the work area clean as well.

Never pour brake fluid from a height, it entraps tiny air bubbles within the fluid that can take days to settle out. Also leave the new unopened container to settle on the shelf for a few days before using it. This lets any air that has become entrained during transit, to surface. It only takes a very small amount of air to cause a spongy pedal.

    • @Syntheticoilprotection

Yeah that's standard you suck all the old fluid out of the reservoir then you put in the fresh fluid then you bleed each brake line usually starting from the longest brake line to the shortest and then as you go along you top off the fluid make sure it always has fluid in it and you're good to go

Kurt Llamera you would be buying two bottles of Dot 3 Dot 4 synthetic brake fluid.
When you bleed and flush the brake lines you only use the same fluid.
There is no special flush for brakes.
Basically you are replacing all the old fluid with new fluid and you bleed the brakes until the new fluid starts running out and is completely clear.
Most cars only take two bottles of brake fluid.
