They get the new members dressed up a certain way, they march onto the stage and act in unison as they spit some info about their organization, their chapter, and do skits to show respect to the mentors in their orgs that had major impact on them when goibg through the process. They usually get a lot of good results crowd wise because it's not just restricted to the campus. Lots of people will come out and show support whether it is alumni members of the D9 and MGC, family and friends, or anyone else curious about greek life.
