Believe it or not this movie is is basically a modern remake of an old western called "the sons of Katie elder" where four sons investigate and avenge their parents untimely and suspicious death. Both are great movies!
Four brothers is one of my favourite films. You should check out patriots day another great mark wharlberg film ( bobby). True story about the boston marathon bombing

From the first to the last scene the movie kept you engrossed, with the 4 brothers excellently casted, in a movie about loyalty and revenge. These are brothers you would not want to get the wrong side of. The movie moves along with the generally fearless and ruthless brothers (and also witty), seeking out a rampage on underground Detroit in order to find out who killed there adopted sweet mother. Meeting some bad guys along the way, including the ruthless gang lord Victor Sweet, the movie contains some excellent scenes, including an excellent car chase in the snow.
