Thanks a lot for the very instructive video.
How often is the cleaning required in a resturant which is open 6 days a week with an average of 2 times 6 litre refil in each.

You're welcome, and thank you for watching!
You should check with the local health department to see how often they require you to clean your soft serve machine, especially if you are using a product with dairy. For the air pump assembly, we recommend daily cleaning for optimum performance.

Thank you for this video. The company I work for just started using your machine, a Spaceman 6378 a c, and this video does a great job explaining how to properly care for the machine. We have been learning how to use and run it so I was trying to troubleshoot an issue with the air pump seizing up. I believe this video helped me figure out the issue which was that one of our mixes when added to the hopper was still slightly frozen so it was chunky and therefore clogged the tube and the air pump. We disassembled and cleaned the air pump and tube but then could not get the air pump back on after doing so. The air pump would not align up correctly and I could not get it under that locking mechanism in the back. Are there any tips, tricks, advice, or other videos that may troubleshoot that issue? Thanks so much again!

So happy to hear the video was helpful! Frozen product can for sure clog up the air pump and cause issues.
      Regarding your question:
Very rarely, the pump drive shaft (in the back of the hopper) will be rotated such that it does not align with the mating gear pump assembly. In this case, you can re-assemble the gears so they are rotated slightly different, or you can press the wash button briefly to rotate the pump drive shaft to a different position. Be careful to always ensure the machine is assembled with the discharge door installed prior to pressing any machine function.

Hi, I have a S60A, and the agitator doesn’t spin, is this normal? We also can no longer open side drip tray, any tips?

      Hello!
On Spaceman machines, the hopper agitator will only spin when the hopper is actively cooling (compressor is on). You may notice this happens after a delay, depending on the temperature and set temperate of the hopper.
