Their chemistry is great! I've really become a fan of this show and it's not just because of the artist but the energy, experience(s) and insight they bring to each show.
This was the one! Babyface’s Tender Lover album was a mark in time. I was about 14 and with all the great music that came out before and after it, it was an experience in itself.

You allow the guests to think and speak at their own pace. You guys don't talk over the guests. You guys ask the best questions. You are engaging, funny, and the authority on all things R&B. Hands down you guys are the blueprint for all podcasts. Keep up the good work!!!
I agree I can't watch Drink Champs or even Questlove show I hate the over talking the guest. Norega can be so annoying all that clapping every 5 minutes. On the Questlove Supreme he has great guest, it's the one lady that is annoying.

J. Valentine and Tank are two of the coolest class clowns who have THE STRONGEST of comedic commentary styled, common and ease in relatability of any podcast I have ever seen/watched and heard. Babyface is so quiet and cool in interviews, but BABY he comes alive on stage. I was so surprised when saw his live performance about 7 years ago. He opened his shirt, ran off the stage and had so much energy. His pen game is top tier and his hits and the ones he has contributed to are almost unmatched.
